We went duckpin bowling the other day and had a great time!! Super fun and less strenuous than normal bowling (that they also offer) My only complaint is that all of their bowling uses wires to reset the pins, and it can get a bit tangled and cut into your play time with how long it takes. I am a big kid at heart, and City Forum is the perfect place to let your hair down, figuratively speaking, and play. I attended City Forum for 4 hours of team building and professional development for work. Our team received an itinerary with 2 Rechargeable cards- one for the attractions and the other for games. We enjoyed bowling at Pints and Pins Bowling Lounge, ate a catered lunch from Miss Lucille's, played a friendly competition of mini golf laser tag, rode the go-karts and dark ride- that were my favorites and indulged in a few arcade games. A huge shot out to the staff, who did a fantastic job ensuring we all had a great time, and the marketing director, who explained the intricacies of how computer science and various marketing strategies keep City Forum operational and profitable on a day-to-day basis. read more

We tried mini-golf, laser tag, and the go-karts and all had a great time! We stayed here about an hour longer than we had planned due to the variety of entertainment. Dani & Nolan at laser tag made the kiddos' first experience with it very fun with their patience and willingness to help them out. We will be back soon! read more

Super cute spot with lots of fun things to do. I've been here a couple times. Once for date night, we played mini golf and did the dark ride virtual thingy. Another time after my daughter's first school dance, a bunch of friends got together and went bowling. Their bar area looks pretty cute and they have another open area where you can watch sports on flat screens and leather couches. I've never done go karts but they seem to be a big hit with friends I've had that have went there. read more

We needed a plane for my sons 12th birthday and everything local was booked so we decided on the city forum. The place is pretty cool with laser tag, indoor go carts, arcade, bowling and indoor miniature golf. Wish we had something like this in the Boro. Boys had fun only complaint was that since they were only 12 they had to ride the slow go-carts. Which did kind of suck because they were really really slow. We went there for a family day and the mini golf was not available as there was a birthday :/ there is no way of knowing this before you go (maybe call?). You can only use their proprietary card so get it at the front. 2 bathrooms were clogged but cleaned once we advised them. We had to wait 45 minutes for the go carts (but it was only our group so that was a + ) there is no sanitation of the helmets and the helmet socks were previously used, use at own risk. The results screen was broken and we were told we were heat 47 but they went from heat 46 to 51 and if you are late you miss your drive without a refund, unorganized. When we asked an employee if items were down frequently they said "yes!" The prices were fair but allow extra time for ALL activities. Also, one soda was out on one machine with a sign, so used the other machine but that one was out also without a sign. The staff was friendly but it would be a better experience if someone did regular checks. read more

First visit here today for my niece's birthday party. Ample parking space. COVID-19 precious are in effect. Signs posts and sanitizer throughout. There are many attractions for a nice family outing. Party room was very clean and staff attentive to requests. I loved that the employees were very patient with the small children in the party. Located behind Ms Lucille's, there's plenty of parking. Inside has plenty to do if you are looking for something to do in Clarksville with the kids. Bit pricy for what you get, as everything is per person tickets and limited times. We did the go carts and laser tag, as that was what the kids were most interested in. One round of go carts and 15 min laser tag for 3 kids was about $60. Food is cheaper, and there is also bowling, bumper cars, mini golf and an arcade. Mini golf and bumper car sections are quite small- def geared towards smaller kids and not adults. Thank god they do have a bar that serves beer and other canned drinks like canned house wine and spiked Arnold Palmer's. Service was sub par, in both facility staff and food service although they were not busy- see photos. Drinks took 15-20 minutes and a family pizza and pretzel bites (which never made it) took about an hour - there have been maybe 10 other patrons in the food area over this hour wait. Don't come hungry... or thirsty and expect to spend a lot of time waiting (maybe hit the bar first since it'll take about 20 min to get a drink if 8 people are getting drinks- inc bottled Gatorade). Family who mentioned the spot said they forgot part of their order when they went, too - so it seems like a reoccurring theme here. Also, after you pay- make sure to do the waivers on the ipads and most activities you need to check in for a time slot- and come back. Laser tag is decent, and monitors outside are nice for parents. Staff doesn't provide any information or details- happened to see the monitors when we were on the go carts- they are off to the right by where the players exit (around the corner from the kiosk you check in and enter at). Go carts were okay but a pretty basic, short track. Bring a hair tie if you have longer hair- as they make you ponytail it. Dropping to two stars bc management is even more appalling and had the nerve to ask if we ever got our pretzel bites 1.5 hrs later. This woman gave a superficial apology stating that they've been really busy. I said no we did not get them but did receive a refund which isn't acceptable considering we had to ask 3 times about our drinks then another three times about the food and now we are obviously leaving. I told her you are not at all busy, and shows complete lack of management. Her reply: you are right; we aren't busy - sorry. WTF? read more

Ok, first of all I love this place and I want to give 5 stars but it's pricey and confusing at times. The go karts are fun but there's some steps to take to ride on them and mind you, the teenage staff will not walk you through any of them. When you go in, put some money on one of their reloadable cards. Then go to the iPads to the right and sign a waiver for you and whoever else is riding. Thennnnn go to the go kart station and reserve a spot to race. Last night was a 120 minute wait FYI. Bowling is paid per hour. $35 for an hour plus $3 per pair of shoes. Last night I had three kids with me and 3 adults and needless to say, we didn't finish an entire game. That's okay... but just wishing that since we paid $53 for a single game we could at least finish it. read more

You really need to enforce staff and the people there to wear their masks. Saw lots of chin diapers walking around and playing games that in the hour we were there, not be cleaned once!!! I disagree with quite a bit in the previous review. The review to me feels as if they had a bad incident and they wrote a negative review. Based on the review, she should have gave at least three stars. The previous reviews she had written (5), are based on extreme like or dislike. This type of review is not accurate because it is based on emotion at the time; next time wait a few days to think about both positive and negative please. I made the TCF yelp page on Saturday but waited till now to review. Why I disagree with review before I get into mine. She talked a lot about the IPad system. Yes the line was long, BUT, you could have pulled out you handy dandy phone and did the waiver from home or even the car before you walk in. MY REVIEW... I spent Saturday here with the kids and wife. I had a really good time because since moving to Clarksville this is one of the more fun things to do. I will break down each section as I saw it. Starting with laser tag. I myself did not do the laser tag but my kids had a blast doing it. It is open to kids as little as 4 at least because my daughter did it. The course looks like it is 2 stories high and you are split into two teams. They have a monitor on the outside that you can watch the little ones run and play. I might have to check this out myself. Go karts were next on the things to do. I felt the process was easy. You do the waiver, go sign up for a time and come back at the time given. I didn't understand the previous review about the 15 minutes early because I went at the time given. You do have to watch a short video, but that is for liability reasons I am sure. It is just a safety video, and then you go to the track. I had a blast out there, I wanted to do the fast one but we had the kids. You get an ample amount of time to drive around the track. I do believe they could turn the sound down a little inside the kart because it is kinda loud in your ear. Mini golf I have a few suggestions with and the reason for the four star review. I felt kinda rushed when it came to the golf. We had my young daughter who barely could hit the ball and we rushed her and frustrated her because we didn't want people waiting on us. If there is a way to spread out the people that would be awesome. It is a pretty easy golf course, but I understand it is for younger kids too. Next we did the arcade games. I believe the prices are a little high for each game, as it ranges from .75 to a dollar I think. I think they could lower some things a little or even have a half price day during the week. I think that would draw a lot of people during the day. Overall it was really fun. Suggestions I would give are the prices on some of the games. I would also maybe make a deal packages for a family of 4 to 8. That way they save money and this business could bring in new customers because of a lower pricing. I know this place is new and I hope that it does take some of the suggestions given by people to help them become a better business. P.S. Wife says that you need more hand dryers or a paper towel option in the bathroom because I guess there was a line for the one dryer. read more

BEWARE. My family went online to book an All Star for $240 online for our 14 year old which included a room for an hour, go karts and laser tag plug pizza and decorations. Cool, simple booked. When we got there this was not the case, our kids only got to do laser tag ONCE for 15 minutes and go karts ONCE for 15 minutes. Long story short we end up paying $334 in additional charges basically only for a room, and one go at laser tag and go karts for reasons that I don't even understand why. The policies are insane. We could have SAVED money if we started the party at home and then bought all of the kids day passes. INSANE. Waste of money. We really felt taken advantage of and wish that things were more upfront because there is no way that we would have EVER purchased this. Paying $300 for what we got was so wrong. So very wrong. Read the fine print and make sure to call before you do anything. Or don't go at all. -0 stars. read more

The building appears to be new and the inside is really cool, massive ceiling fans and super cool air conditioning! This was our first visit and our city has a mandatory mask rule which was posted on the doors of the building but more than half of the customers ignored the sign which was very off putting, even though it was a massive building people were still very close. My family played the mini golf and the course was well maintained. The course is located in the middle of the building so you can see all of the other attractions they offer. It was very kid friendly. If you want to play laser tag, bowling or go carts you must wear closed toe shoes so come prepared. read more

Our grandsons were invited to a birthday party and on arrival we discovered that they had fouled up the party time so we were left to stand in the lobby for a good 45 minutes until they produced some game cards. They did their best to make up for it with a free hour of gaming for the kids but the whole place was just chaotic. 1 hr wait for bowling, just gross inefficiency left and right. On the upside they do have a cool selection of games and I think the kids wound up having fun which is the most important thing anyway. Just a couple of wooden benches taken up by teenagers was a bummer. A couple of more Papa chairs would have been nice. read more

We've been here a few times and have had lots of fun. However, the arcade area today wasn't great. LOTS of issues with the card readers. LOTS of tickets were lost due to this issue. The staff was very friendly though. I had hit a jackpot but because the reader had an error the tickets were not added to the card. I had taken a photo of the jackpot and they added it to my card. But, I lost all the other tickets in the session. We'll probably be back in the future, Whataburger is just down the street and we LOVE eating there. Would make a good use of a day to hit up both places read more

Listen we love this place. The first thing people will say is it's expensive. It's no more money than going to Nashville or going on vacation. It's so worth everything they have. The staff are friendly and helpful. The cafe food is actually pretty damn good for the price. Save your cup for free refills anytime. Half price arcade on Wednesday. The cards they give you can keep and save tickets. We let them add up. You can go as adults and have a blast bowing and the bar, laser tag and gokarts. Bring the kids and play putt putt or let them get on the bumper cars. On weekends they have 2 officers on site. I've never felt safer at a facility with my children and I have 2 daughters. This is close to exit 11 and hidden. I wish they had a bigger sign showing you where but this place is awesome!!! read more

State of the art fun! It's slightly pricey, but the place is well run, and all of the equipment is in great condition. The go-karts go pretty fast. The intermediate is probably fast enough for both kids and adults. The laser tag was fun. The guns shoot visible lasers, which adds to the experience. Bowling is a little different. Very neat setup, with leather couches. I don't like that it's by the hour. We got to the 10th frame and our time ran out. Food was surprisingly good. We had to wait for our pizza because they had to make more fresh dough. Overall, really pleased that Clarksville has a nice place like this. If the prices make you shy, just save this place for a special occasion. I don't think that you will be disappointed. read more

Injured. My boyfriend and I wanted to go on the go karts and we almost debated going pro on it. Thank goodness I didn't because you also get boosters going intermediate. While riding, I wanted to catch up to my boyfriend and hit boost. Go karts were already fast so I should've restrained but alas. I went full speed into the barrier. This caused a hole in the side of my knee bc my entire body rammed into the front of the cart as much as it could. I'm very impressed with go kart speed and would go again if I didn't care about bleeding everywhere. I should've finished the race. 10/10 would go again. I'll prob be back tomorrow. :) Service was also very nice. Employees responded well and helped as much as they could with medical help. We also requested to get a refund on unspent points since we were leaving and they were totally okay with it. So much fun! The City Forum is around the back of the warehouse if you are having issues finding it. There are a few signs, but tourists like me completely missed them! Apparently City Forum is newer. It's very well laid out. While the parking lot looked cluttered, it was spread out well inside. I was honestly shocked that long lines or crowdedness wasn't an issue! All the prices are listed on the website and are reasonably priced. I couldn't locate any package deals which were a bummer. When you go into pay, they charge the cost on a card to scan to swipe on the machines. Soooo convenient. There are little stations around to reload the card as needed. As I mentioned, everything is spaced out very nicely and is all inside. There is even a bar! Staff members were kind and we had no issues while at City Forum. We loved it and had a great time! This is a GREAT place for kids or adults. I would highly recommend. read more

I'm new to the area and decided to take my son with hopes it wouldn't be as busy right when they opened. I felt really good as there were hand sanitizers everywhere and signs advising of a 6ft distance. Putt putt golf was buy 1 get 1 free and we spent $10 on arcade games. All the games are roughly a dollar a piece and the food seemed reasonably priced. They also have bowling, laser tag and a bar/lounge area. We went on March 5th around 7 pm and opted for bowling to start out with. It was $50 for 3 people which included shoe rental which wasn't terrible but we paid $40 for a pizza, a pretzel and a hot dog with a piece of regular sandwich bread for the bun so that was a little disappointing. The pizza was pretty yummy though! Also, the women's restroom was gross and not kept up with. Soooo, this gem came out of NOWHERE! My son was asked here by a classmate for their birthday and I had no idea what this place was or that it even existed. Y'all really need to look into some advertising of some sort? Anyway, for the record, they have mini golf, go karts, bumper cars, top shelf arcade, and bowling. And it's not like crappy, questionable quality either-this place has had a lot of work put into it and it looks awesome. The only downside is the go karts are pretty irritating. My kids were put on for the 5:45pm race. When we showed up at the ticket counter, they said they were running behind and that we were pushed to 6:00pm. Well, when that came around, we were pushed to 6:25pm. All these parties kept getting bumped in front of us because they're a party. I understand keeping the integrity of the party together, but they should definitely be looking into transitioning over to first come, first serve, or at least some kind of hybrid. The kids had fun but there are definitely some obnoxious policies. Don't plan on bringing a cake for a birthday celebration unless you pay for the whole party package. Supposedly, a health and safety hazard even though ants came out in the water dispenser. The City Forum is one of the largest family fun center facilities in the nation. Mostly everything is decently priced, but even better with a weekday deal. The cleanliness of the facility has always been great and the staff has always been helpful and friendly. There is a great selection of entertainment to include an arcade, virtual reality, mini-golf, Go-Karts, bowling, bumper spinning cards, and laser tag. My only hesitation to not give The City Forum five stars is that the Laser Tag games are only 8 minutes long. I have played laser tag across the nation and it is standard at 15 minutes. They charge the same amount as well for an 8 minute game as most others do at 15 minutes. And rarely is there a game that is ran that actually has enough players to warrant only 8 minutes. If TCF is reading this - do 15 minute games where more people are consolidated to play together and you will have so much more people raving about the Laser Tag. read more

I asked the nice guy at the counter if we could get some fresh ones and he immediately jumped on it... little did I know one of the big guys was watching and came to talk to me! This place is very expensive. It's $17 for a go cart race for 5 minutes and I honestly feel like I didn't get my money's worth. It had to be about every 15-30 seconds they deactivated our go carts and everyone came to a screeching halt. A saw one persons car stop so fast that they hi the back of their head extremely hard. This is the 3rd time we have had our son's bday here. In the past it was a good experience. We purchased the party packages that included the arcade and go karts for the kid's. One time they did have issues with the funds not being loaded on the kid's cards and that was a little bit of a messy situation as the kids had already gone their own ways by the time we realized their was an issue and the staff seemed unsure at first of how to fix the problem. But overall the first two parties went well. The most recent party however, was terrible. We opted for the bowling party package this time. Staff wasn't friendly when we walked in and was told to wait 15 minutes in the lobby for our host to get us. There wasn't anywhere to sit and wait and we had hands full of party things in hand so had to retreat back to our vehicle to wait. You are only allowed 1 hour in the party room, however we felt very rushed by the host. She even told us that most people don't open gifts in their party room as there isn't time which made us rush even more. There wasn't any kind of break between pizza, cake and gifts. We had family and friends make a long drive to be there so we tried to fit in gifts. It was all so rushed! I failed to hardly take any pictures of this memory because of rushing and I'm extremely sad about that. My son wanted a bowling party and everywhere else we checked into for bowling parties didn't have a private party room. That is why we chose City Forum. Had I known it would be this way we have saved a lot of money and just had the party at a local bowling alley instead of a making the hour and a half trip to be rushed. We weren't allowed to have the party favor bags in the room to hand out. They had to he kept in the managers office. Then trying to find someone that could get in there and find them was a hassle and trying to catch each child from our party before they left to get their favor bag was also a hassle. I brought to go boxes for guests to take any leftover cupcakes home. As we went from the party room to the bowling alley my guests were told they couldn't have the to go boxes of cupcakes with them at the bowling area which made me feel bad. The host took everyone's cupcakes and put them in the manager's office. One positive is I felt the facility was pretty clean. Again overall I was not happy with the way the party went. I felt some of their rules were unnecessary and I will not have another party here. We paid way too much for the service for we received. read more
