The culture is welcoming, supportive, and encouraging; EJ is easy to relate to and while he isn't my trainer or coach, I feel safe working out there because he still keeps an eye out for everyone there. I've observed EJ with a number of his clients, and it's easy to see that he genuinely cares about what he does and who he is working with. He seems to be able to get the best out of clients of all ages--both younger athletes looking to "improve their game" and those of us who are young at heart who are trying to get back in shape or just maintain. At the time when I was searching, my head was in the right place, I saved some extra money and I was ready to try to get fit and lose lots fat. Brandon and Rey are a great bunch of guys. Anything that is worth having, it takes a little bit of preparation and actually doing the work that needs to be done in order to get the results you need. What's great about this program or any program, is that you get out of it what you put into it.
