Sahara honestly came in with an attitude and at one point scoffed "there's a lot going on here" (well, yeah, transformations are a big deal). She cut the bangs as shown in the photos which was not what we discussed at all. When I expressed displeasure she went and got a different employee who refused to validate my concerns but tried to clean it up and then hurriedly ushered me out without rescheduling (guess I'm banned now). Anyways, if you want bangs, do NOT go here. They used the excuse that Sahara was not confident cutting bangs (but didn't bother contacting me in advance to reschedule my appt and were happy to let her cut these).
