The salesperson said that they have a policy that all returns must be made by January 7th - and she read that off of the gift receipt! now, I have no problem with their policy, but when I spoke to my daughter, she said she was not made aware of it! The store has every right to make their own policies, but the customer has the right to be made aware of that policy at the time of the purchase! I left the sweater at the store and left!
