This is a resale clothing store. They also have accessories, bags, jewelry, car air fresheners and a few other small items. Small store but well organized. I like that the clothing is in size order, then color order. The shoes are on top of the clothes racks and all of them looked almost brand new. No old stanky shoes here. They used endcaps to highlight particular items and or have displays. They also had sale items for $1 each the day I was there and all the sale items were on racks at the front of the store where you don't have to dig through the racks for them- loved that. Their dressing rooms are open and large enough to change easily in. They have cute hooks to separate your clothes while in the room. They also have chairs right outside so anyone waiting for you has a place to rest. Pricing seems right on. I was impressed with the reasonable pricing for some of the more designer items. I visited here looking for designer jeans and sadly didn't find anything I liked. however I did try on quite a few things and the experience overall was good. Inventory turns over quick so this is a store you might add into a regular shopping rotation if you are wanting to add to your wardrobe. read more

Got 4 hours of sleep last night to drive 30 minutes for the dollar sale just to find out they lied on Instagram about wristbands. They said on insta that they would wristband only at 7am but supposedly there were people waiting at 3am that got wristbands even though they said they couldn't do that. They then started banding at the end of the line Giving the people at the front bands numbered 70-80. All the girls around us were saying the same and when they asked, they said they couldn't do anything about it. Don't waste your time and sleep going to these sales because people are crazy. read more

I have been to this boutique several times and have tons of friends who RAVE about it! It's a lot nicer than other re sale shops I've been to. They have a huge selection! Be prepared to dig, but everything is nicely organized. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, and they were continually organizing the store and clothing to ensure everything is neat! They have deals going on all the time as well as giveaways on their Facebook page. For me, it's always a hit or miss if I find something I like. However, they have clothing, purses, wallets, sunglasses, phone cases, nail polish, jewelry and more! They even have a men's section. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for clothing that's affordable and gently used. read more

I like the clothes and inside of the store. However for the "events" they have where they giveaway things you usually have to spend an absurd amount of money. Me and my friend went to the Easter eggstravaganza. We were given a tiny paper slip for a free pair of earrings which was all it said. Once we went to claim our earrings they said we had to buy something to use it! It was never stated on the papers or anywhere that it was the case. Staff is unfriendly, and for their monthly models they only choose girls that are skinny and that they know personally. It could be a better establishment if they improved these things. read more

Used to love selling/buying here. They really need to figure out a better system considering what they are doing now is a massive fail for the influx of people selling. They ALWAYS "stop buying for the day" so good luck making a drive out here, there's only a 30% chance you'll even be able to sell. Best luck is to call RIGHT before you leave to see if you're making the drive for nothing. Super aggravating. Just take the clothes and increase the turn around time. It's ridiculous. read more

I like how this place is a boutique and resale shop in one. Staff is also hit or miss with their "friendliness" if you will. Nothing horrible. Just sometimes I fee like they would rather not be working. Anyways. Really cute stuff! I've been to the Hut no. 8 in Chestefield many times before the O'Fallon store opened closer to my home. I have to say this Hut has a much broader and stylish selection of clothing & brands. The store is set up in an inviting format with an abundance of shoes and accessories to choose from as well, something I never noticed the Chesterfield store was lacking until I went to O'Fallon. The only thing I would complain about would be the staff. Namely, the manager. She is very unprofessional. Twice I've been there while she is working & twice I have heard her gossiping with employees about other employees, customers, even the owners. She even made a remark to me about the owners that I was very taken aback by. She was also very rude to the younger employees. I felt bad for the young girls. Another problem I had with the employees was while they are going through mine or other's belongings they were making rude remarks such as "This is so ugly," or "Who would wear this?" I was almost embarrassed as they went through my items and then they would turn around and tell me I had so much "great stuff." Overall, I love this store and will continue to support the business and the owners (I've heard they're a great couple). I would definitely recommend this store for someone who wants to buy stylish, good-quality clothing while maintaining a budget. read more

I have been here many times and I absolutely LOVE the selection! The prices are very reasonable and the store is fun to look through. However, the staff is very unfriendly. Every time I have purchased something, I have to stand at the counter for several minutes before I am helped. When I bought an item a couple weeks ago, the cashier did not acknowledge me, gossiped with other employees while swiping my card, and threw my card on to the counter when she was done. Girl behind the counter was rude. Tried to return boots and she wouldn't because I didn't have a tag but had a receipt. I bought them the night before .. Seriously??? so found my tag took them back, never go there again. There's too many stores like that too not have great customer service. read more
