It's really disappointing writing this, at the same time, hopefully consistent quality will result. I've been regularly ordering (delivery) from this location for more than 2 years and up until recently, it was a go to for quality food at a reasonable price delivered on a timely basis. Unfortunately, the past three orders over the past couple of months have been less than consistent, not as ordered and disappointing. Salads are what I typically order and are what's been less than expectations. From items not prepared to order - cucumber sticks versus diced (although I can cut them up) & tomato end slices versus diced (again I can cut them up) to missing items - greens mix, croutons, grilled chicken) and salad dressing (dry mixed greens etc just aren't the same), it's not the quality I've come to expect from this location. Because I order online I'll wager since this MOD is closest then this must be my location. Let me tell YOU something. I have about a dozen food allergies and THIS is my answer to pizza! I always get the garlic rub and olive oil, top with dairy free cheese, olives , mushrooms, spinach and various meat options and then top off with the pesto drizzle. One time a very conscientious employee left a note that they felt the pesto isn't vegan so they put it on the side. How's that for service? Concerned for my wellness- very sweet! Sometimes it's hit or miss with veggie options but when arrives I'm a very happy camper. I might add a salad that I'll take with me to work or cheat and get the ding-dong like dessert cake. My kids and I love MOD pizzas and salads. The food tastes great and is so fresh. We love getting to choose what toppings we want. The employees are so kind to the kids and make sure they get what they ask for. Love that they greet us and ask how we're doing! MOD is, in a word, passable. For those not in the know, toppings are unlimited, and you choose them right on the spot as they move your pizza down the assembly line, just as one does at Subway, or Pieology. Unlike Pieology, MOD seems to have a strict policy on being comically stingy with their cheese (seriously, they scatter about a tablespoon of cheese on an 11" crust). MOD is all about convenience and speed. It is pretty much on par with any of the local chain places, but isn't "good" pizza. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired, as well. On our first (and what will be our last) visit, they explained that one of our pizzas "fell from the counter", and that they'd remake it, bring it out to us, and bring us our cinnamon strips at the same time (which we ordered with a chocolate dipping sauce, and those weren't ready yet). There wasn't even as much as an apology, just an explanation. The remade pizza took twice as long to come out as the first pizzas did, and the cinnamon strips were delivered with cinnamon dip, not chocolate like we'd ordered. This is not my idea of a good idea to stop even for a fast, convenient bite. I cannot recommend MOD. read more

Okay, so NOW I get it. It's not like I've never been in a MOD pizza, but in the past I guess I just kind of panicked and ordered basic pretty quickly. But now that I've been ordering online I truly appreciate them. We kind of came upon ordering online from them because we wanted something a little more "specialty" and were just kind of searching for a place to deliver. The possibilities are so endless I'm not sure I'll ever repeat the exact same pizza. This many options is wonderful and I love the added drizzle, really makes a difference. Ordered directly from their website (which is a much better deal) for delivery. Pizza came on time. They were all really delicious. Properly prepared and well balanced. Couldn't be happier. Finally an employee yelled that if we were waiting in line it would be another 10-15 mins before they would take another order. Obviously they only do on line business. Right off of the bat you get in line, choose a pizza or prepare to design your own from roughly 30 different toppings. The friendly pizza designers (very friendly) walk you down the line and work their magic quickly. There were about ten people in line before us but our ordering process was complete in under 7 minutes. Toppings look pretty good and smell great. It's not top shelf but it's honest. You pay at the end and take a seat while you wait. Seating is pretty good. Looks like they can handle a few large parties at once. 11" will run you $8.67 but they have 6" too for $6.67. They also have cheesy bread and the like. We did a custom build which my partner spent too much time agonizing over and disrupting the pizza artists line flow. What a jerk. I went for the Dominic (white sauce, basil, asiago, sausage, onion, tomato). Our pizzas were up in about 7 minutes. Same as the order process. So, 14 minutes to start writing a review that will surely be to long. Pizza's come out screaming hot. Sweet jerk partner started fanning his with a napkin. People stared. Sigh. Cut into four large slices he crammed down the first piece, burning his mouth. The only way to get at this pizza is fold the slices New York style. Crust is paper thin and realitivly crisp. Pizza is pretty good. I'd prefer it over most run of the mill pizza chains for sure. I'd give the pizza 3 1/2 stars and the staff a sold five. I'll be back. It's easy, fast, and a perfectly sized single serving pie. Great price. Oh, and totally gluten free friendly with a cauliflower crust option. Nice Mod. How could I forgotten? Idk why ive never been to this place. Its awesome! Create your own pizza with a set price. A lot of these style of places its like $.10 to add this and $1 for that. This place is $8 something and you can add what ever. Honestly, made me keep going back. First time here I was a little confused and there were so many options and i wasnt sure what to get. The guy at the counter- 100. So nice and explained things and wasnt rude or anything. The make it front of you, then throw it in the pizza open oven in front of you, then box it there too. You get to see it all and you can taste the fresh, roasted flavors. Get what you love on it! Or try somethign new on Half and keep the other Half what you want. I love this place! We have food allergies in our family so we have to be extremely vigilant about cross contamination. But we all get full, get what we want and don't pay a god awful fortune. Their pizza is fresh and crispy-and the cauliflower crust is my favorite! They will put all you want on top for the same price and the bottomless drinks are a nice touch. Their Marion Blackberry Lemonade is a must! So good and balanced in flavor.
