    Caesar Salad

We had the food delivered so I cannot speak to the cleanliness or friendliness of the restaurant or staff. We ordered the Fully Loaded Compact (12"), Caesar Salad, and Build Your Own Compact (12") - pepperoni, ham, fresh pineapple. The pizzas were on the more expensive side but we had high hopes. The pizzas and salad were pretty basic but good. The grease was there but not over the top. Everything was ok but not something I'd seek out.

Awesome pizza! Crust was thin and soft enough to be foldable, with good amount of toppings. And only $4 for a solid-sized slice from the pizza case! Pinball arcade wall, with event flyers for tournaments they host there! They also had a bar area in the adjacent room. Lots of regular and picnic style seating.

Loved all the pin ball machines! Staff were super friendly and the pizza was delicious!! They have both vegan and vegetarian options.

I was just there to pick up a pizza, so I didn't observe much, but the guy at the register was friendly and the pizza was pretty good! Definitely not bad for Portland pizza.

Pre-ordered pizza at noon for dinner for pick up at six o'clock. Four pizzas plus tip for $120. They forgot to make one of our pizzas so we had to wait 20 minutes which made us late for our meet up. The on time pizzas were so burnt they weren't good. This isn't my first experience like this-- won't be going back. No refund or discount was offered. Don't recommend at this time.

I'm pretty surprised this spot has 3.5 stars, however it may be due to the slices. While I got a whole pie instead of slices, I did notice the slices, at least at the time I was there, looked a bit stale as if they've been sitting around a while. We ordered the humdinger size whole pie which we split half and half. This fed my family of 5.5 (half for a toddler) and it was plenty of food. Visiting family from New York which is known for great pizza, while it's hard to compare I think this is some of the best pizza I've had in Portland. It was not too think and not too thick, with a fairly generous amount of toppings. Additionally they have a bar you can get a great beer selection at, and various arcade games (such as racing and Pac-Man) that is great for entertainment as you wait for the pizza to cook.

I got Humdinger pizza and garlic knots for takeout one night recently when I didn't want to cook. Ordering online was easy and it was ready when they said it would be. Free parking nearby but it can be hard to find a spot - they're on a corner in "downtown" Lents. Their "compact" pizza is 12 inches, feeds one to two, and costs $16-22. They also have the "sedan" at 16" from $27-33 and a 24" big pizza for dine-in only (which you get a prize for if you eat by yourself in one sitting). Slices are $5.50. So it's all kinda pricy. Except for the garlic knots which are just $5. Pizza was standard, thinner crust, good toppings, good size. Garlic knots were delicious and super oily and came with sides of marinara and ranch. Not sure I'd return for regular price, but I might be back for their various weekly events and specials: Shifters Bar is next door for beer and cocktails. Trivia on Thursdays. Industry night on Sundays. $11.50 lunch specials on weekdays. Half price pizza when you buy two drinks on Wednesdays.

Was freaking delicious bought 2 of these slices and had to buy a third to bring back with me!! $4 for this and there's pinball tables and a bar in the back!!

When I order I go in person because I have special requests of extra sauce, etc and everyone who leaves this amazing restaurant always raves about it to the staff upon leaving. New York and Chicago are still trying to catch up. But we are in the Pacific Northwest, nowhere near Loui's Pizza or Buddy's Pizza (Detroit pizza staples). So many times, what tries to pass off as "Detroit style" falls miles short. Then came "Ranch" where I stood outside and screwed up enough courage to try yet another Detroit style pizza. The interior was small, one wall lined with tomato sauce cans, the menu was bolted to a wall. The smell took me back and that gave me some hope. The pizza arrived at the table, the wife and I have varied tastes so we each ordered a quarter pizza. Mine was pepperoni, the wife had a veggie. The pizzas looked right, square, caramelized crispy edges, heavy toppings... and then on the side of the plate was this cup of ranch dressing. Duh! "Ranch" obviously has to have a good ranch, right? I dipped my pinky finger in the ranch and took a taste. You would not think one ranch can be so far ahead of the others, but ranch is the place for ranch, as well as pizza. My first bite brought a smile to my face, it was just, right in every way that a Detroit pie should be. I have been back to try their #4 pie with sausage and ricotta, and I am looking forward to more trips. If all that was not enough, the service was friendly, the food came out so quick (about 10 minutes) and the place was nice and clean.

The right amounts of the right cheeses. And fresh, tasty toppings. (Sweet Italian sausage not dominated by garlic and mushrooms worth eating on their own, for two delicious examples.) Even better, prices are reasonable, and delivery is available. We had some delivered to our hotel, and it arrived almost as hot and tasty as we would have expected were we at a table near the ovens. There are other pizzas worth eating -- including the thicker-crust "deep cut" slices available before and after select shows at Revolution Hall.
