Got a free birthday dessert pizza so decided might as well get it since they have good deals on other pizzas as well. We do PM more when we're bringing it to someone else's home. I always just place my order and when I go in it's always just been ready for pickup. Employees are really nice. I don't do it often enough so I forget their directions aren't long enough to cook the middle but popping it back in the oven obviously does the trick. Maybe not the best pizza or the most toppings but you can get a decent pizza at a good deal here. read more

Called in a pizza and they said it would have been done before 9 I arrived at 8:56 and they had the doors close locked and ignored my presence at the door called again at 8:59 and they said it's a store policy to keep doors closed past 9 but it was even 9 it's just irritating to be ignored and lied to. When I called they were fine making the pizza and had no issue but when I arrived it was no respect and just stared at us while we waited outside the door at 8:56 come on managers respect and honor your word and don't close early just to be able to go home early not fair. read more

Called asking about specials and was told there was some extra savings when ordering online. Went online...got extra discount...ordered pizzas...saved some moolah...walked in around 25 min later and pizza is waiting in rack near door...grabbed order without having to wait...came home...made pizza...ate pizza...easy peasy. I think some places deliver which is another bonus but I think maybe bigger or busier locales offer this. read more

Always fast and fresh, employees are professional and the shop is always clean. I call in my orders and they are always ready to go when I arrive no waiting in line except to pay. This location doesn't get all the specials other location get, I don't know if it's because it's in such a high traffic area or maybe the franchise owner likes to stick to the basics. But for $8 you can't get a Large Pepperoni Pizza, Great for grab and go dinners. The salads have gone up in price and $6 for a garden Salad that only serves 2 is a bit much, but I threw it over a pre bagged salad mix I had in the fridge so it all worked out as great meal $14 for pizza and salad for 4 tell me where else you can get a deal like this and I'm on my way ;) read more

This place is wonderful. They are such troopers putting up with all the nonsense I've watched them have to deal with over the years ... Best part? They keep smiling each and every time. My only complaint is that the 'tip' jar that looks as though it could be a 'tip' jar, is actually a donation box for Oregon humane society. If you want to tip them you have to do it almost secretly. That's slightly disheartening. Before you go all 'animals are people too on me'. I will tell you I love all animals. I've only adopted sheltered or displaced animals. I've had 2 three legged dogs in my middled age lifetime. I've paid thousands for each and every one of my pets (and still do). Oregon humane society is an amazing establishment, I will not discount that. Though ... My Papa Murphy's guys and gals are equally as amazing on 90+ degree days when the last thing you want to think of doing is going home and preparing a meal. I don't get the privilege of sitting all day, I have to work. I thank goodness gracious these people are there to pick up where I left off. Moral of the story, tip them not OHS. They deserve it. Wish I could give less than 1 star. Came in on 12/11/16 with my fiancé and 1yr old daughter And it took them over 20 min to make my 2 pizzas I ordered and a lady after me got her pizza before mine! All the 4 girls did was gossip while I was waiting one of the girls just stood there doing nothing. And the floors were soooo sticky it was difficult to walk. The BEST! I call in to place my order and when I give them my name, April always asks me if I want 'the usual'. That would be the chicken and bacon stuffed - no tomato or onion. Worst Papa Murphy's I have EVER been too and I worked at a Papa Murphy's before. So disappointing. First off I've never had a good connection with any of their employees. None of them welcome me when I walk in and they don't even look up. My pizza is ALWAYS wrong! There is always something missing and I have to have them fix it. Horrible customer service! Called to place an order because their online system was temporarily down, and the online site directed me to call the store to place my order. Seemed reasonable! However, when I called the manager on duty, Colleen, she said that their technical team was working on the issue and I should try again in a couple of minutes to place my order online because "she would get in trouble" for honoring the online order coupons when orders aren't placed online. My delivery person was great! But seriously, I had to call papa Murphy's at like 130 when I ordered it towards 1. So apparently it got tossed around and denied because the total wasn't high enough for someone to deliver my food! I got it at about 155. I totally appreciate her honesty. For others this is a job! If you can not do your job quite! You shouldn't rely on this for a main source if you don't have to! I will never pre tip for a service! I hardly tip for service unless you go above the basics of your job! I don't get tipped and I don't make the 15.00 wage min and I work my ass off taking care of people with disabilities and who are aging! Get over it! fight for fair wages just like I have to! If an order is say 5 bucks who are you to judge? I care for a parent 24/7 now! I can't always leave this is why for example a delivery service is around! Stop always thinking about yourself! wanted to order three pizza one a ny style crust was told I could not order it that way it could not be changed in any way. Some people can not have certain items or it can make them ill. Bre the employee knew this and still refused to make the pizza filed a complaint to corporate Andra the district manager said she would make it right. Well three weeks later tried again and got the same rude service from the Same employee.We had guest over that night and not only did they lose us as customers they lost 4 other family's. We ended up going out to abby's pizza where the pizza where made the way we requested and the service was beyond reproach. read more

We have had solid service here and have been coming since they opened. No complaints! I've only phoned in my orders but they have always been ready upon arrival. Everyone has been really nice on the phone and in person. Our favorite is the herbed Mediterranean chicken on the delite crust. Yum! read more

I had similar issue as another reviewer. Their online ordering system not working, one of several times this happens. They refuse to honor any online ordering deal when this happens. Also had another instance where I had given my wife a coupon I received by email. The manager told her that it was not valid anymore without even knowing or seeing the coupon. It was in fact valid. I wish I knew the managers name. He is rude and has zero customer service skills. Owner should definitely replace him...he apparently hates his job....help him find a new one by firing him! I will never go back to this location. I'll happily drive a little further to the other one by Safeway off king road. Don't go to this Papa Murphy's! Worst service of any in the chain that I have ever come across. I live in Happy Valley, and this is the closest location to our home (unfortunately) but I assure you, if I go to Papa Murphy's ever again it will not be here! Three strikes and they are out!! They have messed up at least two orders of mine (forgetting pizzas all together), they refused to let my five year old daughter use their restroom which I could have understood if they would have been polite in the way that they told me, they did not have a public restroom however, instead of kindly saying she could not use the restroom and offering any suggestion on where I could find a public restroom (Thank goodness for Trader Joe's in the parking lot!), the young man rudely said "we don't have a bathroom for her" Really?! I should have let her pee on the floor! I left angry and will never go back there. They have also not had any consistent management (which is obvious) and the poor kids who work there definitely need some guidance and training on how to please customers. If you own this place- PLEASE make better choices in who you hire, and train all of your staff better! read more
