After being seated, it seemed the waitstaff forgot about us. We went to the bar and politely brought it to their attention. What impressed me most was how the situation was handled. The staff took full accountability, apologized, and even brought us complimentary garlic knots. That's how you run a business. Since it was our first visit, our waiter took the time to recommend some of the restaurant's favorites. The manager also stopped by our table to check on our experience. When we told her how kind and attentive our waiter had been, she surprised us with a complimentary Parry's beer cup and bottle opener. The food was fresh, delicious, and exceeded our expectations. The garlic knots were incredibly soft, buttery, and packed with garlic flavor. The atmosphere was perfect for watching the game, and the customer service turned what could have been a negative first impression into a memorable experience. We'll definitely be back!

My wife got a 12" with just the veggies she likes - onions, bell pepper, mushrooms and black olives. She also ordered a cannoli to go to try later. We got some drinks, a soda and an iced tea and took a seat. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated with a few TVs but they weren't playing loud which we appreciated. After about 20 minutes our pizzas came out. They were super hot having just come out of the oven so we had to wait a bit to try them. Overall we were quite pleased. My wife said she thought the sauce was what made them more like a NY pizza, I figured it was a combination of the sauce and the thin crust. Thin crust is what we like, the only part that was thick was the edge which made it easy to hold. In the end, we sampled both pizzas and got a box to take the rest home; we basically ate a half each of the 12" pizzas! And we think their 12" is more like 13" so a generous size. We decided this will be where we order our pizzas for our party. When we got home, my wife tasted the cannoli and said it was also very good!
