Pizza came out wrong barely any sauce ordered a substitute of jalapenos for the bell peppers and they left off the peppers and jalapenos than charged us for the jalapenos on the side since they forgot them, the cheese sticks were pretty much from a box they were something you get from the freezer section at Walmart. Horrible experience. Server was on his phone right next to my table. Me and my companies drinks were empty the whole meal. I found a fingernail in my drink and after complaining the manager said he couldn't do anything. They did not care one bit. Did not want to do anything. They tried to lecture me about not bringing it up right away. I threw up after eating I felt violated and disgusted and nobody at the restaurant gave a damn. I really am so glad this restaurant moved to our area. It is a pleasant place to go... clean and not too crowded. The salads are fresh and good. The bread knots are nice and buttery with garlic. I am simple, so the spaghetti is my go to. It is solid but I order it with angel hair pasta. The chicken parm is another favorite. OKAY. Went for dinner on a Monday night. Was greeted and sat at a table as soon as we entered. Both the hostess and our server were very friendly and did a great job. The delicious garlic knots are complimentary and were served warm dripping with buttery garlic sauce. The salad was fresh but the Caesar was a little over dressed for my taste and the house could use a few more toppings. The eggplant parmigiana was four slices and fried eggplant topped with a tomato marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese and a side of spaghetti. The lobster ravioli was topped with a creamy tomato sauce. We like to go to Italiano's, amd the service is always good, but lately the food has been hit or miss.

We've been dining at Italiano's in Humble since we moved to Kingwood back in 1995. Last night we dined at the Italiano's on NorthPark Drive in Kingwood. What a remarkable menu they have. My go-to is chicken piccata with extra capers but I decided to try something different and ordered Linguine Pescatore. Oh my. Loaded with shrimp, muscles, crawfish,clams in the shell and chopped clams over linguine in a white wine sauce. It was killer. Really loaded with seafood and the sauce was fantastic. Will definitely be ordering that again. My spouse had her go-to of chicken parmigiana witch is fantastic but she still kept picking shrimp and clams from my plate. I have always absolutely loved dining at Italiano's as it reminds me of home and the great home cooked meals I've had growing up. read more

The reason why I am giving them 3 stars is because the service was pretty good & the portions & pricing are generous. They start you off with their complimentary garlic knots which probably is the best part of the meal. It came out hot, fresh, buttery topped with some dry parmesan cheese. I decided to order their spaghetti with meat sauce & it comes with a side salad. My Caesar salad was fine but they were very stingy on the dressing. I thought the spaghetti was 1 level above stouffer's frozen spaghetti. The ratio from the pasta to the meat was like 20/80. So each bite was just an overwhelming amount of pasta with a pinch of meat. Overall, I was expecting better but I'll give them another shot. The garlic knots alone will have me coming back. Tip: their lunch menu pricing is very reasonable. read more

My experience was I can cook better at home. Nothing to brag on they need to work on food preparation and cooking their noodles correctly . Undercooked or overcooked pasta isn't pleasant for Italian restaurants. read more

Bring it back and all I get is "sorry, we'll check the order next time" then spend another 15mins of my lunch break waiting for them to prepare the correct order I paid for. Frustrating and sad. The antipasto salad was good, same with the garlic knots. The piccata had sautéed red onions that ruined the flavor of the capers and lemon. The caesar salad that accompanied the piccata was tasteless. The dressing was "milky" with some parmesan and croutons. The service was good. I'm not real big on Italian food but that's what they wanted so that's what we had. Food: the food was quite good actually. The appetizers were really good. We had calamari. Also the pizza was quite good as well. Full of flavor and fresh! Made to perfection. We really enjoyed the calzone as well. Didn't have enough room for desserts but I will try them if I ever come back. If you are a huge fan of Italian food I suggest you give it a try. Also the prices are very fair! My main issue I have with this place is their catering & customer service. We first contacted them mid-March 2025 for a quote for my daughter's wedding. After SEVERAL phone calls by us, speaking with managers & the owner a couple of times, here we are now at the end of July & still have NO quote!! There has been no reaching out to me at all! I took my mother out for lunch because she loves the Italinos in humble and the staff are so friendly. We go there at least once a month and or for take out on sundays. We have tried this location in Kingwood for fettuccine and it was amazing. But today we tried the pizza and it was not good. He was attempting to reprimand and bully the bartender, who was making drinks for the seven patrons at the bar, answering the phone, dealing with take-out customers and was told to watch the door. Johnny made for a very uncomfortable environment for the patrons at the bar and take-out customers. Micro-managing is so old. Does he know, "Compliment in public and reprimand in Private". I live in Austin but found this place on a whim as my mom was having surgery nearby and I needed a good wholesome meal. My husband and I didn't have a reservation but was greeted by the hostess and seated right away. We were handed menus that when held was a little off putting because they were a bit sticky and had food stuck on it. I was able to look past that since I was so hungry and only had 3 hours of sleep. Our very nice waiter took my drink order which was a Strawberry Fizz ($10.00) and turned out to be refreshing. Before receiving our drink, my husband and I were given a basket of four garlic knots. They had a hard shell and were soft on the inside but it was the perfect texture to hold the marinara sauce from my lasagna ($10.45) that I ordered which hit the spot! It was so delicious and hearty, just what I needed. I also had a side Cesar salad which was tasty too. My husband was pleased with his Veal Marsala as well ($15.95). Overall: Menu items are reasonably priced, the ambiance is casual and great for groups as I saw quite a lot of them but the noice level was still very moderate, which I liked. Service was great and I could definitely see my self going back when I'm in town. I was surprised to find out that this is a chain restaurant but it didn't feel like it. I can only say that We will not be going back to Italiano's. We went to the Kingwood location, and were very disappointed. We ordered a medium pizza half pepperoni half margarita. Let's start with the burn crust pizza that was like chewing leather. As you can see in the picture the pepperoni had very few pepperonis. The Margarita pizza was tasteless and cold. Both pizzas lacked the cheesy mouth feel of a good New York pizza. We all know that New York pizza crusts are flexible and can be folded in half, this pizza was comparable to a non brand frozen pizza. We ended up feeding it to our dogs and throwing the rest away. read more

We are so glad that we got an Italiano's in Kingwood! My husband and I ate there right before the church lunch crowd this past Sunday. First of all, the décor is great! Very simple, the classic Italiano's name is etched in a glass partition. The ceilings are high with an industrial flair that some how feels cozy. Due to COVID, the tables are all spaced out comfortably. My husband chose the Veal Parmigiana, I had the Pasta Trio. Both were large portions and very hot and tasty. They served my husband two slices of Veal cooked to perfection. My dish was a bubbly baked masterpiece of Cannelloni, Manicotti and Lasagna! The prices can't be beat! Our server was very friendly and attentive. Our water was always filled and our meals arrived promptly. The only thing I wasn't crazy about is the dishes are those plastic cafeteria style plates and bowls. But hey, if you need to save money to keep the prices this low, fine, I don't need fancy dishes, because they sure don't scrimp on the ingredients or the portions!
