Aside from the selection, the owner makes some of the best incense I have ever used. The scents are fragrant without being overwhelming. I'm kind of in shock right now. I wanted to pick up a loose leaf oolong and wanted to find somewhere local. I walked in and was greeted pretty quickly which was nice. I mentioned what I was looking for and the person there came up and showed me where their oolong was. Something was really off and it took a moment of stuttered words for me to grok and then verbalize I was uncomfortable with the covid protocol (there was none) and that I would be leaving. She was not wearing a mask, nor socially distancing from me. She was within arms reach, and the absolute routine disregard of the current state of the world, health of customers, and health of self was incredibly mind blowing. I have autoimmune issues so it takes a lot of self prep and safety protocols, and trust in the business for me to interact. I have no trust in this place. read more

This place has become a pillar of the downtown neighborhood. It is cozy but offers so much. The teas and herbs are awesome and Lynn knows her stuff. I've attended several of her workshops too. Friendly service, well supplied informative and a social hub of the community with multiple events. Lynn gets to know each of her customers and i find that to be rare. She orders items for you if she does not have them and does custom orders. Used to go here quite a lot. Went again and was not happy. The store is mostly empty so pickings are scarce. What bothered was the flagrant disregard for the mask mandate. No masks, no social distancing and two people who entered and asked about the mask mandate were told by the owner that she was clean and not following that, so they took off their masks! I decided to leave and had to press my way through people because no one was social distancing. The place is a shell of what it used to be. There are other places to go to that not only have a variety of stock, but they are following mandates in place to protect workers, customers, and those they come in contact with. read more

I really like this place. It is a bit on the smallish side but the friendly woman running it fills the place with warmth. I have purchased several reasonably prices necklaces pendants here. They also have a respectable amount of teas and other other enchantments in large glass jars. Went there once and the place was filled (quite literally) with smoke since it was near Halloween. HAHAHA. I must admit that I can never remember the name of this place no matter how hard I try. But, perhaps that makes it a bit more mysterious, like a small shop one would find in Diagon Alley. We went in to explore the store the other day and Lynn, the owner was super helpful. As soon as we walked in the store she offered us fresh custom blended teas that were refreshing. lynn is so nice and maks the place so welcoming the first time i came in she was so kind and gave me a free crystle going to her shop has been the highlight of my day she is really good at explaing what each and evrything does in the shop and is used for she also always has great realaxing musice playing and has evrything ecorated so nice my grandomther went to her about a skin problom and took her advice and her skin problom was gone within a few days that saved her from a painful procedure and she says thank you i would say this place is a must see when in evrett. read more

This is a great place to visit if you're starting to consider making your own home bath and healthcare products. I wanted to experiment with making some beard oils for my husband, but didn't want to buy full-sized bottles of all the ingredients on the outside chance that I didn't like a particular oil or scent ($$$ down the drain). Instead I was able to come here and create mixtures from the shop's bulk-sized oils and variety of essential oils. Once I find a combination I like, I can come back and make larger batches until I feel comfortable working with the different components and can do it all on my own. That being said, there are a lot of lovely essential oils here to play with and get used to, so I know I'll keep coming back to try making new products. It's a fun, unique place to go if you're looking to get into DIY bodycare, and from what I've seen, there are a lot of people who go there for herbal remedies for medical issues (though that isn't something I've explored). read more
