We also had a lot of rain in our area, yet 5 months later after calling multiple times to their answering service and inquiring by email I had difficulty getting any answers. 6 months later after multiple attempts, I was told that they would order supplies and get started and they would call me back. 2 additional weeks went by without hearing from them. After trying to contact once again via their answering service and the owner's cell phone, I have given up and will be using someone else. I would have given up much earlier, but a friend had recommended them. The interaction was lacking in professionalism and customer service, and I do not recommend them for this reason.

They used full sized nails that you have to drive in with a hammer, not the small-headed ones that…read morepower nailers use. They used common sense when deciding when damaged sheathing had to be replaced--didn't leave rotton wood and didn't spend extra money replacing good wood. They staggered the asphalt shingles correctly instead of laying them in rows up the roof with only a 6 inch overlap. They were ready with drip edge when we asked for it on the job even though we hadn't planned on that beforehand. They brought in a good sized crew who all knew what they were doing, worked hard, and got the job done quickly. They cleaned up the site well too. I hope not to need another roof, but if I did I would call these guys back.

Update: They've done a photo dump to hide my projects…read morephotos... Very poor workmanship and leadership. Their work was so bad they had to rip it all off and start over. We paid almost 15K for a project and had to take time off work to supervise the crew, point out errors, & demand corrections. 2 of the 3 days we had to loan them our equipment to get the job done. SO much wasted time, added stress, and unnecessary troubles. They still demanded payment in full before they'd leave our property. They block customers on Facebook so reviews can't be posted there! Luckily we were able to post photos and a review from my husbands page before they could find/block him. So look there for details.
