Based on their needs and the current trends is what they tend to purchase. Granite you are not going to make a fortune selling stuff back, but I figure if I can sell some of it back, at least you make some money for stuff that you would probably end up donating anyways. I haven't purchased anything from there, although I do see some Name Brand items within the store. I do think most of the sizes are for infants, toddlers and kids up to age 10. There are older children items within the store, but as most kids get into their pre-teens and teenage years, they most likely would not shop there. Staff has been nice most of the time and you do have to wait for them to go through whatever you've brought, so might be a good idea to make the drop off and then run some errands. Typically it takes them about 1.5-2 hours to get through what you've brought in to sell. Overall, I would continue to try and sell my kids' stuff here.

Since these were gifts for my two friends I told them I want them packed separately with two gifts receipts. They told me they cannot give me two boxes nor two bags since they are running out of them. This was really a NONSENSE. I spent over 100 bucks there but ended up having only ONE bag for TWO separate gifts!?? Really awful customer service including the manager. I hope the corporate sees this comment and realizes that this store really shames your brand.

It honestly was the best supply of Jellycats that I've seen in awhile, especially with the seasonal ones that have been coming out (e.g., summer collection was partially in stock here!). Were the prices a little bit higher versus ordering from the Jellycats website or other stores? Yes. Not an exorbitant amount, but it is higher-priced. But, with how there's quite a low stock on a number of Jellycats in general, it didn't feel too awful to go ahead and purchase a couple. (I ended up getting one of the elephants, as well as an egg keychain). When talking with the owner, there's a chance that the Jellycats craze may die down soon, but it seems to be popular in the meantime. Loved chatting with the owner today, and how nice she was!

She instantly fell in love with a pink Jellycat rabbit (around $30), but right before we got to the counter, another customer bought it. The store representative kindly looked around but told us there weren't any more, so we decided on the white version instead. After lunch at the restaurant next door, we walked by the shop again and, to my daughter's excitement, saw more pink Jellycat rabbits in the display. We went back in to see if we could exchange the white one, but the store representative refused because the tag had come off. I showed her that we still had the tag -- it was immaculate and just disconnected from its twine string -- but she still wouldn't allow an exchange. It's disappointing when a small boutique with such a charming, small-town feel shows the same rigid, impersonal customer service you'd expect from a big-box store. Their items are beautiful and priced at a premium, which I don't mind paying for -- but I do expect a warmer, more understanding customer experience in return. A little more flexibility and kindness would go a long way toward keeping customers coming back.

This business is NOT listed on Jellycats website as a stockist and after I reached out to Jellycats customer service they confirmed that this business is not an authorized seller. Do yourself a favor and get your Jellycats from the long list of businesses that are on Jellycats official website.

They brought a couple of shirts and dresses...but for some reason they kept talking together and the cashier was just in slow motion using the register. There was another employee who finally ringed us up and it took us about 4 mins to finish our transaction. When we were leaving...that same cashier is still with the same customer...still trying to finish whatever transaction they have...that's about 30 mins being there I wish this employee be fired...she does not belong in this job.

I was standing in what I thought was the checkout line considering that I have never been to that location before, and the whole entire time that I was waiting 5-7 minutes or so; the male cashier glanced at me multiple times and not once did he let me know that there is an actual checkout line on the other side of the display. (Which mind you, you wouldn't have seen unless you walk to the other side of a display) As soon as the male cashier became available, I walked up to him, he points to the left and tells me that there's a checkout line, which he failed to tell me in advance and services another customer instead. Of course, frustrated and upset, I walked over to the other side of the display and then he calls me up now to check out. At that moment, I told him that he could have been courteous and let me know that there was an actual checkout line instead of telling me last minute. Instead, he gave me a poor excuse for not letting me know. I also explained to him that I was trying to reach way above the shelves that were out of reach and the female employees on the floor also didn't assist or bother to help when I asked them if they had a jacket in a certain size. Instead, the female employee told me all the sizes were out and that was it, so then I asked her if she can move the rack of clothes that she was stocking to be moved aside so I can be closer to be able to grab the jackets from the shelves up high. The male was rude and so was manager of the store, Staci. Staci was extremely unprofessional and rude considering she told me directly that it's a matter of how I speak to the employees, when I was not being rude at all. I was letting them know that if a customer needs assistance, then they should be aware of the situation and be courteous. Once I asked for her name before I left, she told me her name with a smirk and said to go ahead and report her. I hope the GM of this location addresses Staci's terrible behavior as well as her male coworker that also worked at the cash register with her and rectifies this problem. I would advise against visiting this location unless you want to be talked down to. I hope no one has to experience this type of bad behavior and poor customer service from the employees of this location.
