Since these were gifts for my two friends I told them I want them packed separately with two gifts receipts. They told me they cannot give me two boxes nor two bags since they are running out of them. This was really a NONSENSE. I spent over 100 bucks there but ended up having only ONE bag for TWO separate gifts!?? Really awful customer service including the manager. I hope the corporate sees this comment and realizes that this store really shames your brand.

So I will never and I repeat never come to this store again . Apparently she forgot she in so cal where there are POC everywhere. Done with this sore last time I ever spend money here

Lady cashier with a heart tattoo on her upper chest was slow as hell in ringing up customers. The…read moreway she moved was there was no urgency and it took about 25 mins for one customer that was ahead of us. They brought a couple of shirts and dresses...but for some reason they kept talking together and the cashier was just in slow motion using the register. There was another employee who finally ringed us up and it took us about 4 mins to finish our transaction. When we were leaving...that same cashier is still with the same customer...still trying to finish whatever transaction they have...that's about 30 mins being there I wish this employee be fired...she does not belong in this job.

I haven't purchased anything from there, although I do see some Name Brand items within the store. I do think most of the sizes are for infants, toddlers and kids up to age 10. There are older children items within the store, but as most kids get into their pre-teens and teenage years, they most likely would not shop there. Staff has been nice most of the time and you do have to wait for them to go through whatever you've brought, so might be a good idea to make the drop off and then run some errands. Typically it takes them about 1.5-2 hours to get through what you've brought in to sell. Overall, I would continue to try and sell my kids' stuff here.
