I had a small water leak over the sliding door and all it took was 1 call to Fountain and they sent out two carpenters to fix the problem and sent a painter to clean up the door and walls. As it was a recent purchase on the house, all of the work was under warranty, costing me nothing. Not once did Fountain give me a problem with any of my requests. I asked for a clip for one of the kitchen cabinets, they sent 10. I asked for someone to fix a small crack in the foundation and someone came right out to fix it. I had a problem with the heating unit in the third zone and a technician was sent out that day. All of this work at no cost to me because it was under warranty. Fountain believes that the "right thing to do" is the right thing to do.

Andy Brehme from American Bldg systems did the job for $3100, $300 LESS than your original quote of $3400 before you got GREEDY and tried to jack my price to $4400 the day before you were scheduled to start. Which by the way set my schedule and Sheetrock crew back 3 weeks. Andy was a joy to work with... Andy and his crew of two men all got paid and were happy with $3100. BTW I HAVE GIVEN ANDY THREE REFERRALS SINCE... His business is thriving and he's not asking his friends to LIE FOR HIM! Rule number three, don't insult or command your friends to insult your dissatisfied customers... IT WILL COME BACK TO HAUNT YOU!

I do not mind paying for a job well done the first time around, but if a problem is not fixed properly do right by the customer and don't charge them an additional 75 dollars to go back out. A letter was sent to the company with the paycheck stating if they cash this they would lose a customer (Check was cashed today). The workers were nice but the owner obviously does not care about customer service, hence this review.

There were some initial problems which the company mostly remedied. They have not been helpful with the most recent problem. The floor coating was applied in September. We went on vacation in November and left our cars parked in the garage. When we moved our cars after vacation our tires stuck to the floor! Sections of the floor peeled off on one side (exposing bare concrete) and a large crack formed on the other side. We had two other companies inspect the floor after that happened and they both said that the concrete floor was not properly prepared and if the concrete isn't properly prepared, the floor coating won't adhere to it. Save your money - go with a different company.

Our appointment was with Cristina, the owner, on August 5, 2026. About 1 hour before the time, someone from her office called and said she had to reschedule to August 15 at noon. On August 15, she did NOT show up, and there was NO phone call,. She did NOT call to explain anything. When I called the office I got a very informal, not very professional message saying to leave my name. I had left several messages before I got a callback to schedule the original consultation, so at that point I gave up and called another company.
