Unfortunately we had a snow storm that night and had to cancel at the last minute.I called bliss and explained my situation and they were fully understanding and rescheduled for Thursday the work was done in two days and I could not be happier with the results. Along the way, we also received another quote, that was similar to Sparky's. I'm left to conclude that they are either completely incompetent or, more likely, trying to take advantage of my girlfriend. Avoid these shysters.
