Both times I have been so pleased with the service I received! Rick and Donna have been so helpful throughout both experiences. In addition to knowing their business, Rick and Donna truly care about their customers and want to do a good job in order to help people. A great recipe for success if you ask me. When my old car was damaged in the accident, I decided to take it to Midway based on the recommendation of my co-workers who had work done there before on their cars. They were able to take my car immediately, and they helped to make a confusing process so much easier by working directly with the appraiser and my insurance agent to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. I was actually out of state for work after I dropped my car off, and they made sure that the process went as quickly as possible and updated me as new developments arose. They were patient with my questions and made me feel like I had someone looking out for my best interests. Flash forward to about a year later and I noticed a small rust spot starting on my new car. I first took it to the dealership and then decided to go to Midway for their opinion. I decided to stop by, and they were able to fix it right then and there for me. You can barely notice the spot now and it's fixed before heading in to the winter. I will absolutely return to Midway for any other car issues in the future!
