I ordered new running boards and front and rear bumpers from American Trucks for my F150. The parts…read morecame from China and the metal was not prepped well. I installed the parts in October and by November/December rust was coming from under the powder coat. One of the reasons selected these bumpers was because their ad said they were powder coated to protect from corrosion. Well, I can't say that it was all the salt from the NY winter roads because I had hardly driven the truck due to a broken foot. The rust was not from chipped paint, but rather poorly prepped metal. As I looked around for someone that had a good reputation and could handle the job of sandblasting and repainting the bumpers I stumbled across Miller Sandblasting & Painting. I worked with Eric who was great to work with. He worked with my schedule and met me at the shop on off-hours to drop off and pick up the parts. They sandblasted, epoxy primed, and painted the bumpers with siloxane paint. I've waited to write this review to make sure everything held up well. I could not be happier with the job Eric did on the parts. The paint is a commercial product that looks great and seems like it will hold up well to the elements. Thank you, Eric!!!
