Unless you have insurance that covers literally 100% of your medical care and every single visit, I…read morewould RUN from this practice. I'm a generally healthy person with no complaints who is on a couple long-term maintenance medications for stable conditions. Not only did they require multiple appointments for simple prescription refills, but they then coded these visits as high-complexity - despite the fact that I didn't request them, I had no complaints, and all I needed was a prescription refill (for frame of reference, my previous provider wrote 12-month prescriptions for the same meds). I was billed $176 for each of the virtual prescription refill appointments. My final appointment there before I called it quits was a 15-minute virtual appointment (again, that the provider requested, not me) where ALL I NEEDED was a refill. The provider herself actually coded it correctly, and the billing team overrode the provider and change the appointment to the high-complexity code. I have worked in medical billing, and these appointments do not meet the requirements of a high-complexity code. They will bill EVERYTHING as high-complexity. So if you're someone with a high-deducible plan, this is NOT the practice for you. (Sidenote - they also admitted to me that their self-pay prices are actually LOWER than my contracted rate with insurance, but they would not give me the self-pay price). I went back and forth with their billing team, telling them I'd be happy to pay the bill when it was the correct amount. They stopped responding to me in February 2025. Today I got a letter from collections. I'm petty so I'll be fighting this until the bitter end and making sure that by the time this is over, they'll have spent more than $176 on collections and paying their billing team to argue with me, but I recommend saving yourself the hassle and just avoiding this practice altogether. (Also I can't wait for the part where I get their auto response to this review telling me how concerned they are and to reach out to discuss. I've already done that multiple times and no one there cares to remedy this situation!)

If you value your time, look elsewhere…read more I've been a loyal One Medical patient since this location first opened, and for years, it was truly exceptional. Dr. Jones is a fantastic physician--attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about his patients. Unfortunately, the rest of the operation has completely fallen apart over the past year, and the experience no longer reflects the high standard of care that once defined this office. The administrative side has become a mess. On multiple occasions, I've arrived for appointments--lab visits and provider visits alike--only to find that staff weren't even on site. No phone call or text to notify me that the appointment needed to be rescheduled. This has happened three times in six months. Between taking time off work, arranging childcare, and driving across town, it's incredibly frustrating and a huge waste of time. What used to feel like a concierge-level practice now feels like an afterthought. The lack of respect for patients' time and the repeated scheduling failures make it impossible to rely on this office for consistent care. I don't know if it's a management issue or fallout from the Amazon acquisition, but either way, this location no longer delivers the quality or professionalism that patients deserve. **update: you will see response below from OneMedical. This is a perfect example of this going downhill. They have all the info they need - why am I wasting MORE of my time regurgitating it to their email inbox. Just acknowledge that you have fallen apart and fix it. My family is leaving the practice - but maybe you can Do better for future patients. **

His ability to interpret laboratory testing and translate it into a usable action plan is stunning. The office is beautiful and a remarkable island away from the chaos of the healthcare system. If you have any kind of chronic problem that you haven't been able to figure out, he's the guy that can get to the bottom of it. I can say that with confidence because he's able to put together seemingly disparate pieces of information and ask questions that other doctors would never consider. He's not necessarily going to be able to come up with an answer fast, but he's not going to give up and will also help you figure out new questions to ask yourself about your health. Dr. Glick is a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), certified in Functional Medicine that has a membership only practice. Here's what that means: Osteopathic doctors practice all areas of medicine but have special training in your body's musculoskeletal system. DO's focus on prevention and keep more up to date on advances in medical technology. Functional Medicine focuses on adding what the body is missing or lacking (nutrients, vitamins, hormones etc.) and removing what the body doesn't need via detoxification. In a way, it's another level of commitment to looking at the complexity of an individual and their health. Lastly, a Member's Only practice is where you pay to be a part of a practice up front or on a monthly basis. You might not be used to that idea, but first and foremost, Dr. Glick is committing to you as a patient. Secondly, you're not going to get a protocol with suggestions based on "what insurance will pay for." You're going to get a legitimate treatment plan that actually has a good chance of working. His office will bill insurance, but a lot of doctors will never tell you what the best plan of action is, they'll only offer what insurance will pay for, which is almost never the best first choice treatment. Whenever you're dealing with an illness that's a diagnosis of exclusion, you're going to need some patience. That's the only reason I've mentioned that getting well may take some time. Dr. Glick will spend enough time with you so that he really knows who you are, not just knows a few random facts about your life. Because he understands how you look at your life and how you think, he makes recommendations in a way that will make sense and be relevant to you. This is his true genius...understanding how to help you overcome the ways in which you may be sabotaging yourself from a health perspective, without realizing it (but he won't be in your face about it).

I met Dr. Angela O'Neill and Dr. Bob Sheeler (husband and wife concierge doctor practice) two years…read moreago when I was researching doctors for my elderly parents, who both have serious long-term health issues. Based on research I recommended them and my parents have been delighted. Within 6 months, my wife and I had also joined the practice and couldn't be happier. I appreciate the wholistic/holistic approach they both take. Between the two of them, and their extensive history at Mayo Clinic, they run the gamut of incredible specialities and knowledge. They also have the best personal/bedside manner I have ever experienced. The end result is that this service is quite literally life-changing. Speaking personally, just as one example, the treatments suggested for chronic migraines I was experiencing involved both nutritional supplements and mild prescription meds based on my specific symptoms, along with some hormonal balancing. The result is that, within 6 months, I went from having 4+ migraines per month to having 0 migraines over the course of 4 months. That's just one example. Another example is how quickly each Doctor can pick up the phone and call any number of incredible specialists to get their clients in for appointments that would otherwise often have months-long waiting lists. Third example --earlier this year, my wife ended up in the ER in Sedona after a scary incident with her eye. Turned out everything was okay, but while in with the doctor, she called Dr. O'Neill so Dr. O'Neill could chat with the ER doctor. Dr O'Neill picked up immediately and had a phone consult right there. And this was over a holiday weekend. Google/online reviews are a strange thing to write. One is usually either trying to get across just how extraordinary a service/location is, or trying to warn everybody off. In this case, I'm worried that it's coming across as hyperbole. But all I can say is that this medical practice is a wonderful game changer for my whole family and me. Thank you Next Level--and I look forward to many more years of health together!

He actively, genuinely cares. This was great experience for me. Right off the bat, their admin was great. A very patient man who took the time to help me fill out the forms. He was great! Nice first impression. Dr Reddy had everything with him to treat me, shots and medication which was so convenient. Would definitely use his service again without hesitation. Yes, pricey, but worth every penny for the convenience and level of care. Sidebar- Dr Reddy mentioned some other services Desert Mobil Medical provides. It'd be handy if he had a pamphlet to leave so I could investigate further. Thank you for the 5 star service, Dr Reddy!

I was seriously considering engaging with this business for peptide treatment, but I was surprised…read morehow incompetent and shady their doctors are. Peptides is an unregulated business with a massive amount of disinformation and misrepresentation out there, so it's not uncommon to request supporting documentation about the peptides the business sells. Such documentation involves questions about the source of peptides and the testing process of a particular batch that they are selling to me. Here this is the text thread with the doctor from this clinic. You judge for yourself the level of transparency they have: Me: Hello doctor, I was wondering if you can provide certificates of testing for a particular batch of Wolverine pack that you are planning to sell to me. Specifically, I'm looking for certificates for these tests. doctor: we only order from 503B Pharmacies. Please research what 503B vs 503A is. Only 503A provides COA's. 503B pharmacy medications are tested by FDA. 503B has much higher leve of testing standards. Me: Ok, that's good to know. Would you be able to tell me which 503B pharmacy you are sourcing the product from? doctor: I'm sorry, we won't be able to disclose to you which 503 B Pharmacies we have contracts with. Me: Thank you for letting me know. The lack of transparency is not necessary a dealbreaker, but still a red flag for me. Given the amount of misinformation and misrepresentation on vendors and practitioners out there, I hope you understand my level of scrutiny. If your source pharmacy is 503A, I would need testing doc on my batch. If you are sourcing from 503B, Can you at least confirm that: - your source is FDA-registered 503B and is on the FDA list https://www.fda.gov/drugs/human-drug-compounding/registered-outsourcing-facilities - whether final vials undergo sterility and endotoxin testing - whether batch-specific potency testing is available - whether peptides are manufactured in the U.S." doctor: we can 100% guarantee all of our 503B Pharmacies that we contract with are on the FDA list that you sent a link for. I think it is great for you to ask all of these questions as most of our patients do also. We are a bespoke concierge medical practice and stand by our products. Best of luck in your search for quality peptides. I'm sorry but I think dont think we are the best company for you moving forward. I have to get back to seeing all of my patients today, i have a full schedule. Best of luck, take care.
