They were very accommodating on start date when we asked to move it up, and were happy to work with our schedule when other parts of the house weren't ready for them. Some contractors come one day and dont come back for a couple days - they showed up every day they said they would be here. The crew, Peter and Miguel, worked well together and so they were able to move through the project quickly. The finished product looks great thanks to their attention to detail. Another thing, we were living there during the flooring and they were very understanding and happy to work with us on minimizing the disruption to our home. (Initial review) Initially when Alex first gets your business, they seem responsive and even tells me about how shoddy of a job the previous flooring people did in my home (fixed by previous owners). But the moment any small issues come up, Alex just ghosts his customers. In the video you can see the cracks happening under normal body weight. I really wanted to believe that at the very least he and his team will try to provide any rectification, even if it's just to come out again to check on the floor to see what else can be done, like I wouldn't even have mind paying an additional small fee for materials. I politely pointed out the difference and asked if they could help me find the correct color. Instead of trying to help, the employee immediately became rude and simply said, "That's it. If you don't like it, don't buy it." I was honestly shocked by the lack of customer service. Mistakes happen, but treating a long-time customer with that kind of attitude is unacceptable. Kevin came to my house showed me samples so I was able to see actual colors to match it with my kitchen tiles and feel actual texture. During the installation, they discovered that our previous flooring had actually been installed over the existing tile, which we weren't aware of.
