After hearing my friend go on and on about how great pilates is and how much she loves the instructors at Pilates of Palm Beach, I finally decided to check them out. I've been going two times a week for two months now and I'm totally in love. I went to this studio as someone who had never even attempted pilates and now I can't shut up about it. In just two months I am doing things that I never thought I'd be able to do. I have more energy. I'm more confident. I'm gaining muscle and toning up. It's awesome! All of the instructors are extremely nice and supportive. I can't say enough great things about this place. If you've ever thought of doing pilates, definitely check them out.
