I booked a Pilates reformer class through ClassPass and the class was basically cancelled. I showed up during my extended work break to workout just to not even workout. When I got there the studio was completely empty and the front desk receptionist stated she tried contacting me (a lie) to notify me that I was the only person that booked the class (shocker) so they cancelled it. They did offer for me to come to the next class in a hour and half, but I was not able to. I ended up reaching out to ClassPass for a refund. I will never go here again!

Some do help you with the moves, some just let you struggle. I hope they can hire someone to help show them professionalism, customer care and how to handle payments.

Without the machines it gets real hard and you end up using your own body weight to work out with. This studio in Palm Beach offers mostly machine classes so I don't really go anymore. However, before discovering the technique of using ones own body weight to get fitter, FASTER, I liked some of the instructors here. One was full of condensation and attitude that rubbed me the wrong way, but other than that the studio itself was clean and very convenient for me to get to at the time.

Some cons, there wasn't any water breaks and there was a ton of hair all over the equipment. Pretty gross & staff should have enough time between sessions to properly clean up to ensure all equipment is sanitary for each use.

I wish there was more shade for seated, watching parents, but so be it. There is a shady picnic grassy area adjacent to the splash pad that can easily be used to host a birthday party. The picnic tables are not close enough to the splashpad to be able to watch your kids from here. This whole area is fenced in and only accessible by coming through the front of the Aquatic Center's check in gate. Then only those who purchase additional tickets can enter this area to use the splash pad. My friend brought coolers and had a nice party here. We first noticed the splash pad during swimming lessons here. Since it is inside of the Aquatic Center, it is not very visible from the road. Please note that only bathing suits are allowed; no normal shorts are allowed. They will enforce this! Plenty of parking in the parking lot.

The test contained technical boating questions that many people with little or no boating experience would not reasonably know. When I asked why this requirement had not been disclosed earlier, the employee's response was to call me "crazy" rather than provide a professional explanation. I was also told about a mandatory 10% tip before I had even booked the jet ski or received any service. Being presented with a required tip upfront, combined with the lack of communication about the boating test, felt misleading and unprofessional. Customers deserve to be treated with respect when asking legitimate questions. A simple explanation would have gone a long way. the lack of unprofessional behavior left a very negative impression of this company brand of jetski rentals. Do not recommend.

It was a small class with only 3 other people so I thought I'd get more one on one attention but the instructor was not hands on and didn't provide any adjustments. Also the pace of the class was extremely slow and not challenging. I believe instructors should look to challenge their students to push them to do better and actual make a difference in their fitness ability. I will say the view of downtown Palm beach in the windows was gorgeous and the overall ambiance was very chill and zen. However if I'm looking for a challenging workout I would go somewhere different.
