With the Easter weekend rush, it was packed, but I only waited about 20 minutes before they got started on me. They work thoroughly but quickly! I began with a pedicure that was so relaxing. The tech really took her time and gave a great massage. Next, it was time for my nails, and I was lucky enough to have Ashley as my nail tech. She was AMAZING, super friendly, funny, and just had great energy. She offered a beverage before we got started, which was a nice touch. Ashley asked to see a picture of the nail design I wanted and absolutely nailed it. I even joked that she's a perfectionist because she paid attention to even the smallest of details. After my nails, she waxed my eyebrows and did a good job of cleaning them up without making them too thin. They frame my face perfectly. My mother however, her nails are really thick looking which makes it look bad when they grow out even a little, and the tech did not clean underneath each at all. They both get them done every 3 weeks and have a regular person here in Franklinton but went here because of the gift certificates.

They gave a decent massage but I did start to feel pretty quickly they were getting more and more rushed. We ended up with a total pedicure that lasted 40 minutes. I had purchased the premium deluxe so I think it should have lasted a little longer. They didn't pay attention to detail on the toenails as much as I'd like. But I will say, my last pedicure I had gotten in Monroe was so terrible this one felt amazing. Lol so overall I think they did a good job and I would recommend, but my pet peeve when spending $70 on a pedicure, is if they don't take time and give attention to detail. I do understand wanting to go home but I did pay money and arrived an hour before closing. It was a clean environment.
