Appointment is necessary at this establishment. Different technicians are skilled for selective nail options. This is the reason you may see some customers get seated before others. I repeat you have to make an appointment if you don't want a long wait bc this place stays busy. Busy is a sign of good rapport which is why customers keep coming back. I only get nail options that instantly dry such as gel, solar, or dip bc it's easy to mess up nails when waiting for paint to dry no matter what salon you go to. I decided to go here because I've never been. Wanted to try something new. I asked for acrylic nails with gel polish and I wanted oval shape. At first I just said they were fine but as the day went on I had people ask where I got my nails done at because they look horrible. Many people told me that. Anyway not sure what shape these are but it looks like a kid did them. Same finger on each hand has different size nails on them. Never going back. Looks like I got them done weeks ago. I had the best time here. I went for my daughter's birthday and we both got pedicures. At first I was just gonna get her nails painted but they gave us a discount since she is little. I had a massaging chair which was great because it had the capability of adjusting the strength on it and I definitely needed it because I'm sensitive. I will definitely be back. read more

Have not been to a spa in 3 years and I was so excited to get some self care. The nails are a disaster. I have acrylic under my nails and glue on my fingers. I choose the gel polish and it's already coming off in places. My right big toe has a callus that was graded so much it's split open. As far as cleanliness I give them a 0. No newly opened sanitary tools. He just grabbed the clippers and went to town and then sprayed it with alcohol and put back on his drawer. The grader for the feet just came off a cart then used and washed off in my feet water and placed back to be used again. Never, ever again! read more

There's almost no point in making an appointment here. Every time I had an appointment, I had to wait 30 or more minutes to be seen. I've been here 3 times so far and each time I left pleased; twice without an appointment and once with one. Without an appointment the wait is pretty long. Today I waited right at an hour before I got to go get my pedicure, but other than that it was OK as I did not have anything else to do today and did not make an appointment. They are always packed, very busy and seem to have lots of repeat customers including myself. The last two times Mary has done my powder dip manicure; she's does a really great job. read more

This is my very favorite salon. I drive here from New Orleans because they have a great selection of colors, clean stations, sterile equipment, and the nicest people. It's rare to walk in a nail salon and find pleasant happy people who seem to genuinely like their jobs and the people they work with. It's well-managed, has great service, very reasonable prices, and I always leave feeing pretty & relaxed. I've come here for over 5 years & never once had a bad experience. It's a good idea to call ahead for an appointment to make sure they aren't busy but they do take care of walk-ons quickly. read more

I got a simple medium length square acrylic nails painted black. Cost me $45 and they used too small of acrylics on my nails and you can still see my real nail on the sides sticking out because the acrylics arent wide enough. read more

I don't know how good the pedicure would be because I never got waited on. Sat there for an hour and fifteen minutes before being put in a chair.....but sat there for another 30 minutes (without water in the bowl)! So after an hour and forty-five minutes....no service! They have no understanding of Time, or how to schedule the walk ins , so if you don't have an apt DO NOT GO THERE. They will tell you a few minutes and after 30 -45 minutes of waiting they will ask to come back later...Just not acceptable.2 people walked out of there including me. read more

about a year ago, i would get my nails done every 3 weeks, but since then i haven't been to a nail salon. today i decided i want to start getting my nails done again, i chose a different salon that i used to use because i had heard good things about it. when i got there i didn't know where to check in so i stood there a minute and then realized there was a sign in sheet on the counter. then i sat for a while and eventually when it was the lady before me turn, a woman called out to pick my color but all of the colors were mixed together in a pile on the counter. i asked her which ones were dip and she said in the brown basket. as i went for the brown basket another lady took it and said to wait and gave it to someone else. overall, my experience was full of rude people and waiting. after the rude lady, i decided to walk out. i ended up going back to where i used to go, Bellagio, and had great experience there! read more
