The tech used only an electric file to remove my gel polish--no pre-soaking at all. The filing was so aggressive and clearly done without care. By the end of the appointment, my nails were extremely sore and some even broken. Afterward, I noticed bruising under my nails and actual damage to the nail plate. Some of my nails were worn down so much they were essentially broken very low, close to the nail bed. The tech afterwards even casually commented how my nail  was broken.  Two months later, my nails were still short, weak, visibly bruised, bendy, and sore to touch. 3 months later they still haven't fully recovered, which says a lot about how much damage. Even though the tech was clearly rushing, she nonstop asked about providing me with additional services, which felt pushy and inappropriate given the condition my nails were left in. Afterwards I responded to their survey explaining my painful experience, but never received any response back, which shows a clear lack of care and accountability.

I told him it was painful but he kept going. My nails are totally destroyed & extremely painful now. I can barely touch anything. The edges are ripping with the slightest touch. I am devastated. I will NEVER go to this place again. This will take months to heal & now I'm just hoping I don't get an infection in my nail beds.
