This is in the shopping plaza where there is beef O'Brady's and Brooklyn's finest Pizza and Winn-Dixie. Inside it is very modern and clean with a nice scent. There is a receptionist who greets you and she checks you out at the end as well. I was just getting a pedicure and having my dip polish removed from my fingers, my nails were getting a bit too thin so Iam letting them recuperate a bit. They have multiple options for the pedicure and I got the $40 signature spa pedicure. I did not get to pick my scent as it stated I would be doing, and the pedicure itself didn't seem very different than the women around me getting the basic spa pedicure, although my massage was seemingly longer. Unfortunately, I had Ken as my person. He was fine, so nothing negative about him, but I have never found a man who does as well as a woman with pedicures. He only made me bleed once on my toe, so I guess that's not terrible. He did a pretty good job with my finger nails, although I was understandably trying to avoid much grinding since my nails are thin right now. He did make me yelp once in the hand but no blood. He put lotion on my hands and arms with a massage, and took care of the cuticles, which is more than I was expecting. They charged me $20 for removing the S&S and the Cutting, filing, shaping of my nails and arm/hand massage . They play music from the 50s, 60s, and 70s, which is sort of nice. I never heard them talk in Vietnamese to each other, which is always a plus. They all seem to speak pretty good English and most of their technicians were women, so next time I would ask for one by name. They had tons of color choices and offered me a drink (water, Sprite, Diet Coke, or Coke.). The towels that you put your hands on when you get a manicure and dry your hands after washing are extremely nice with their name embroidered on it. The towels they wrap your legs in for a pedicure are very worn and even have holes! Kind of funny the extremes with the towels. All in all I think it is a super nice salon and will definitely go back, but just ask for a female technician.

She did an excellent job - I warned her that my toes are a little odd due to multiple breaks and ingrown toenail surgeries when I was younger - she was very gentle and I nearly fell asleep while she was working - it was that relaxing I didn't realize they offered complimentary beverages and snacks - she did ask if I wanted something to drink and I declined because I assumed it was water like other places, but they have pop, tea, wine and a variety of snacks. You cannot include your tip if you're using a credit card, only cash for tips, but you can get change if you only have larger bills. The suite was clean and has very nice lighting and decor. Everything looks cleaned and well maintained, but not sure how detailed the cleaning is, but it does look nice on the inside. Some employees are friendly. Some are just quiet to themselves. However, due to them closing in one hour, I made the decision that they could do my nails at the same time and I do not like how they came out. I feel like it could've been a better paint. It is already starting to chip after three days and not a clean look around that the nail bed area. I also complain about not having enough polish with two coats and they came back and re-fix that. It's still appears poorly done rushed and I could've done a better job than this. I will not return because of that other than that the prices are very reasonable.

They also have a steam room available for use. Decently sized. I did not use it. We did a couples massage, deep tissue. My therapist was Lissette, her pressure was excellent and her technique was equally excellent. Before and after they provide an aromatherapy experience accompanied by a series of three deep breaths. It was invigorating, refreshing, and relaxing. If you have an opportunity to have service here I'd highly recommend it. I choose a classic/regular and to not use a razor or anything on my feet but, as soon I declined and went with the regular $30 service, she scrubbed each foot for a solid 2 minutes and concluded the entire pedicure in 15 minutes. This was the shortest pedicure I've ever had. The leg massage lasted longer. I asked for a different nail technician to complete my nails, because I'm big on customer service. Any service selected by a customer should be good enough to provide quality service. Otherwise, it shouldn't be offered. Additionally, they don't use the sanitary bags for the pedicure; so I was a bit hesitant. The nail service was much better, but still just ok. Unless I am in dire need of getting my nails done (definitely not pedicure), I will choose a salon that's not in leesburg. I think I've tried a solid 6 now.

I think it is unethical to double charge a client for a service they did not ask for (even after providing clarity).
