They were nice enough to fit us in as walk-ins for a mani pedi for my sibling-in-law and a gel set for me. They had a good experience I did not so much. The color came out nothing like on the sample (which she corrected by putting one coat on top of a different color, which also looked nothing like the sample). The nails are somewhat misshapen, and she nicked me with the dremel more than once. When one nick began to bleed, she sprayed it with pure alcohol and glued it shut with nail glue. For $46 (more than the board said), I was pretty disappointed. Likely won't return. read more

My experience here was ... okay. I should have known that an empty salon is a bad salon... or an expensive salon. I got a full set of half inch acrylics with black and sage green French tips and a peachy pedicure. The full set was $65 and the pedicure was $36. Now, for the work that was done, I'm happy that it looks good at first glance, but there are definitely missed spots and the nails aren't all the same. Some of the nail beds are flattened and others were not sanded properly. I know the person tried their best, but it's frustrating to pay that much and have it not equal the quality. Plus, the person using the electric drill cut my cuticle, making it bleed, and then told me that I moved and that's why she cut me. Now, I will apologize for things that aren't my fault, and I apologized for it, but it irked me a little when she said it again at the very end that I made her cut me when I didn't even move. Enough of this rant. The pedicure, I won't complain about it because there is nothing to complain about. Overall, I will say I don't think I will be visiting this place again. It was too pricey compared to other nail salons and the small situation with a cut was not super ideal. I hope this review helps those who are interested in getting their nails done. read more

Very clean inside and you know they don't reuse their equipment but I will say I went to have a full set put on and within a week three nails just popped off! The people are nice there are only three of them! The only thing that shocked me is that they charged my daughter for having one nail glitter which I have never had a nail place do. They charge different prices for differ gels not use to that! Today I had a gel manicure appointment with Kao. While Kao was doing my manicure he cut the inside of my finger near the side of my nail near the cuticle. While he was putting the gel polish on my nails he got some polish in my cuticle area. I told him and he said that's ok. After my hand massage he tried to file off the polish. I missed an appointment one time and suddenly Jenny doesn't know how to pick up my phone calls. That day I missed, I got i to a car accident. I apologize for almost dying. I understand she lost out on an appointment spot. But this is very unprofessional in my eyes. Its not like she hasn't done me wrong. Once I walked in to see if she could take me in her schedule. I ended up having to make an appointment with her for the next day and she said she got me. I come in the next day and she was like no you didn't. I'm like I walked in and set the appointment so how would I not be scheduled. Anyways, I did not get mad, she ended up doing another scheduling and all was good. I moved on from the time wasted. Once she had an emergency with her son in the middle of my appointment and Hannah ended up finishing my nails up was I mad? No. But now I am mad because after one missed appointment for which I had a valid reason, I get ignored. Not to mention the time she was yelling at her son calling him lazy and all types of things in front of me and other customers. We were all so uncomfortable that day looking at each other not knowing if we should stay quiet leave or step in. Unprofessional environmen all around. I called to schedule an appointment for a manicure and pedicure along with gel color for myself and my daughter. I let the woman who answered she was 3 years old and she said it was fine. When I arrived I noticed a "mask required" posted on the door however two of the customers they had were not wearing one, since I arrived early I asked a woman if masks were required if so I would go get one from my car. She looked at me and rolled her eyes saying they were not required but if I wanted to wear one it was up to me, so I proceeded to go in without the mask and sat down to wait for my appointment. As soon as I sat down she said it'd be nice if customers wore masks for the staff safety and mumbled something else that I didn't understand. I picked my color and my daughter picked hers she then came up to me snatched the samples from my daughter and said "these are rock star color's (glitter & pink) these are 40 dollars for the gel" I said it was fine cause that's what she wants she said something in her language then threw the samples back in a basket. By now the experiences I was hoping to have with my daughter as this would have been her first time getting her nails done was ruined. I told her she was being rude and if she didn't want to provide the service just let me know. She replied "it's up to you mam if you want to get it is up to you" while she walked away. First time doing eyelash extensions. My lash technician (Jenny) worked with what I had, was very patient & took her time, super sweet and talkative, and was very honest with everything. I had one lash that was dangling on my right eye & she helped removed it immediately so it wouldn't bother me. She recommend me get the Hybrid style next time if I like it thicker and fuller. First time here yesterday referred to by a friend so I called to see if they had any openings or was booked for the day but the lady who answered said they can take me in at 2:30pm..So I was like Okay, thank you I'll be there by then funny because I was right down the street leaving the mall I knew I'd be on time. First impressions, nice place, very clean, it's by tigers yogurt and Sakura store. The ladies were busy serving other customers the time I walked in but I was greeted by Jenny and told her what I needed done. Less than a 5 minute wait, her husband (Mr.chang) was the one who did my pedicure..Now for the fun part. I cautioned him about my ingrown on my left big toe before he started. Upon getting the feet done, he did his best on making sure my toe wasn't going to come out all funky looking as it already is so I sat there and went through the pain BUT he did such a good job and even treated my toe afterwards, which I can say not many places would even want to deal with it so I was glad when he did so. My feetsies were happy also, kudos to Mr.Chang! After waiting for those to dry, I ended up asking if he had time to do my nails as well and he said yes. I was expecting him to do my nails next but Jenny kindly took me next after she was done with her customer who them switched over to get a pedicure. I showed her a pic of how I wanted them done and Jenny got it down. She made it worth while being there by sharing conversations and some laughs, she even gave me pointers on how to treat my nails (my thumb is pretty much a dead nail) and what product to use for care. She had me listen to a voice message on her phone since she couldn't understand what it was regarding I wrote it down for her lol Jenny is so cute and funny! Overall experience, I think I found a new spot and will be back again for sure. I'm sure all of the staff at this nail salon do their best with their customers and that's always a plus. I'm updating my rating, I've been going to this place for awhile now. I had stop going because of the owner. The owner is rude to some of her regulars clients. I'm unable to come doing the week anymore, so I have come on the weekend. I expect to have to the same treatment. Everytime I go on the weekend to get my nails filled, by the next weekend my nails lefting and falling off. I have to go to another place to get the fix. Worst experience ever! Nail set are wayyy over priced $55 for the most simplest French tip!! and if you want to get your fingers cut more than three times that's free of charge! I had missing acrylic on the corner of my nails looking like they already got chip didn't fill my whole nail with acrylic was all uneven and bumpy! I had wet acrylic all over my fingers I had a peel everything off because it was hard and stuck on my skin I have a deep cut under my nail from the lady filing the s*** into my skin! The lady took $5 off because she f***** up on my nail design and some one else had to fix it, What could have been $30 work on my nails came out to 55!! I got charge $20 just for coffin shape and 2 Chrome fingers unbelievable and outrageous work was poorly done! I am basing my review off of two visits I've made to this salon (04/2021 and 09/2021). The first time that I went, I was more than satisfied with my regular pedicure and gel manicure. Jennifer did a great job on my nails at this time. I went two weeks ago for a gel pedicure. My pedicure was very basic and honestly, in my hierarchy of nail salons, the worst I've had. I asked the male technician for color #50 and he applied color #5 to my nails. After all coats were applied, I noticed how off the color was from what I had chosen. Confused, I asked to see what color I got and it confirmed that he had, in fact, applied the wrong color. He sanded off the first couple of layers and proceeded to apply the original color that I had chosen. The application was extremely messy because he cured coats with color leakage into my skin. Ultimately, I got the color I wanted but it looks equivalent to an amateur's work. The overall GEL pedicure looks very unappealing but will have to do until I return to a better nail salon. The price is also APPALLING for what I had gotten done. For some background, I am from the Bay Area and the salon I attend there is not only beautifully designed on the inside, but the prices match the service perfectly. In the Bay Area, I got a DELUXE gel pedicure for $55. A deluxe pedicure includes a fragranced pedicure (12+ scents) to choose from and paraffin wax among the basic services of a regular pedicure. At KJ nails, I paid $53 for a very basic gel pedicure with no additional services because they simply didn't offer them. The salon also is mediocre in its indoor appearance. This salon didn't even have callous removal. It's okay that they do not have those additional luxuries but the price should reflect the basic services they're offering. I wouldn't go here again. read more

I went back to establishment to show her the job she did After speaking to owner she said she could offer me five dollar discount to do over since policy for gel nail at this establishment is 3 day policy. I said what do you mean 3 days I though gel nail last at least 2 weeks she said we only do over if you come back within 3 days. .
