I hesitated posting this but here it goes. I went to this salon after work today. I asked my nail tech for pink & white ombré as well as showed him a photo. After he put the tips on, I informed him that both my pointer fingers were crooked to which he said he will fix them by filing. He also cut my right middle finger nail which I approved of that one's length. Once he used regular powder I asked about the ombré since I have had it before. He said to wait til the end. I also again, explained m pointer finger nails were still crooked. He said he will fix it when he files them again...... Once painting happened, he used a clear pink polish and then tried a white polish. I asked what that was for and he said pink/white ombré. I said no because I wanted the powder which was not used. He said he didn't know where it was. I told him to just be done. Then I looked at my pointer finger - still crooked! Looking and feeling all of my nails - all different lengths! It's frustrating because I called the mistakes out early on in service. As a paying customer - I want to pay what I went in for. HINT: when a customer is telling you something is wrong early enough to fix it - LISTEN!!!! Absolutely will NOT be choosing this salon again! read more

I have gone here for years but I'm done. My husband and I went in a week ago for pedicures. An older gentleman did my pedicure. I told him my nails were uneven and they needed to be short. Told him three times. Explicitly told him my right big toe nail is far longer than the other. He cut them unevenly. Never removed any of my cuticles and filed my nails enough to just be rough. He then proceeded to paint only 3/4 of my nails. I'm not the kind of person that does this often so there was plenty of work that needed to be done in which he ignored. I had a birthday gift certificate from a few years ago to use. I finally found the time to treat myself. When I went to use it, I was told that it was over 10 years old so they were "just going to keep it". I corrected her as the gift certificate was not 10 years old. She said well even if it's over a year old, we are just going to "take it" okay? There was no expiration date listed on the gift certificate. Furthermore, gift certificates cannot expire by law in California. I planned to give the extra money as a partial tip anyway but was not given the option. I did not feel like arguing over a small amount but will not ever come back. I did tip my technician very well (25%) because it clearly wasn't her fault and she did a nice job on my manicure. I wasn't confident that she would receive the remaining money that was stolen from me. I do not suggest treating someone to a gift from this salon, sadly. read more

I was travelling for work in the area and needed a gel pedi. After reading reviews I was hesitant but it was so close to where I was staying that I went for it. I walked in on a weekday morning and got right in. My experience was GREAT! They were incredibly nice and professional AND did a great job. I sat next to someone who was obviously a regular and the staff's interaction with her was great and her mani and pedi also looked great. I would definitely go back. Price was competitive and salon had newer pedi chairs and everything looked like it was kept clean and tidy. read more

Worst place ever came for an acrylic soak off gel manicure and she just cut them down and started peeling them off and was shocked when all of my nails were bleeding. I was telling her the whole time to try to do a soak off but she said my nails are already bleeding and it would burn but i told her i'd rather do that and it did hurt really bad but not as bad and her scraping underneath my nail with another fake nail just ripping them off. read more

Ti start off when I called I was told $35 for a get basic pedicure. I get there its $40 the I sit she says $5 to take my gel off of, ok. SHE DIDNT EVEN TAKE THE GEL OFF RIGHT! If I could honestly give this place a zero star I would. I have been getting my nails done for years, and I truly have never experienced a nail salon like this. I work in the same shopping center, and I have attempted to give it a chance on three separate occasions, today being my last try. I had to get my nails a certain Way, due to the fact that I have an event this weekend, I told the man who recommended me to do gel that I would need to be changing the color, due to another event on Tuesday. I went with the polish, because I would be back there on Monday to change my polish color. When I asked for polish, the lady who acts like the manager, who sits in the middle in the front began speaking their foreign language, and she threw or should I say toss the nail polish options on the current nail station I was sitting at. For being the manager, she has definitely got to work on her attitude and customer service. And on top of all, don't speak your foreign language and have 2 employees walk over and make it obvious by asking my "why no gel?"... Why? Because first of all the last time I was here you charged me $26, and this time for the same thing you're telling me $42, which I think is shady in itself, but second of all because as said previously, I need to change the color in 4 days! And then they put me to dry, under a broken fan. I sat there for 20 minutes, and then a third employee came over told me I was good to go, I said to her my nails still feel a bit wet, she says they are good, just how they should be considering you got nail polish. She grabs my purse my phone and my keys, and hands them to me damaging my thumbnail. I showed her, and she has the nerve to tell me "yeah when no do gel this happen".... I have NEVER been treated so horribly in a place, I am so furious that they can get away with customer service like this. Talking about you, changing prices in mid air, and punishing you for not getting the more expensive product. I just walked out and had to write this with a picture provided. Called them and asked if they had a kids chair for pedicures. They told me yes so I booked an appointment for my daughter and mother. They get there and tell my mom that they don't have a kids chair. They said they can paint them though so my mom agreed. But then they tried to sit my 4 year old by herself in a chair all the way on the other side from my mom. So they just decided to leave. Went in as a walk in with my daughter (adult), told them 2 pedicures and after waiting, we were seated separately. We both got the D4 pedicures which is one of the higher priced ones, but they were nothing like described on their menu. Was to include an intense callus treatment, special exfoliating, cooling gel, mask, hot towel wraps, special lotion treatment and 20 "massage". The only treatment we had put on us was something when we started and then the lotion that was pretty much rubbed in for 20 minutes, not a massage. When I got home, had a callus still on the side of my toe and heals were cracked and peeling. Basically we got of toenail's trimmed (cuticles not done very well)and painted with hot towels and wax treatment. Definitely not impressed for $50 and don't recommend them. The placed seemed to be semi clean as to why I would give 2 stars. read more

This place was recommended to me by a friend last year and I've continued coming here for my pedicures! The interior is nice and feels luxe, and the chairs are very comfortable. The ladies are very friendly and sweet. My boyfriend also loves coming here with me! I usually go on a walk-in basis and I've never had to wait very long. Definitely recommend coming here! read more

Worst pedicure I've ever had. The guy doing my pedicure was flirting with the girl doing my sisters pedicure the entire time, and kept looking over to see what to do. I have a history of ingrown toenails, as a result I always ask for them to not cut my toenails (as they never do it correctly). So he simply filed them which was fine with me. 10 minutes later... I look down to see him cutting of the corner of my nail to get some dirt out. It was too late for me to tell him to stop as the deed had already been done. Just completely unhappy. I spend $45 to get pink and whites. the guy made the white SO thin. Which, whatever. But the fact that when i told them I was unhappy, I was just blown off. I told them that Night, she just added an extra top coat. I called yesterday and the lady I spoke to was just very rude and sounded irritated that I was saying i was still unhappy. Like hello, you're a business owner. I got my nails done Saturday night. They SHOULD NOT look like this. I normally go to a place in Galt and can go 3 weeks without my nails looking like this! I don't even want to go back to fix them because I'm sure they'll just talk crap about me in their language while I'm there.
