Love it! First time here and this is my fav place! I will Be coming here I had Gel manicure and regular pedi! My daughter had a pedicure and she love it too, I'm so in love they take the time they don't rush at at all! I've even going to Amy for over a year and she's great but way too expensive I let her new hire do my nails and it was the worse thing ever he was very rude to me Amy didn't apologize or offer to fix it until I told her I wasn't going to pay because they're not what I wanted which I showed a picture I just paid 40 for nails I hate and she didn't apologize or even offer anything and I have been there numerous times I have never complaint I feel so disrespected not only did I pay for nails I hate I have to wear them now I had to tell her all this just for her to say next time she'll fix it not today yet she still let me pay the full price for nails I hate I will never ever go back to her again because of the bad customer service she did not care at all read more

Very rude service. She has a problem with doing feet and nails and had a bad attitude not once but twice. When I inquired about prices she told me if I don't like her prices then I can try another shop. She even got mad @ me because I couldn't tip her, she took it as I didn't "like" her. HOW RUDE. I really hope she'll show a little more gratitude towards other customers because I'll never want anyone to feel how she has made me feel. -0 for me. read more

Atmosphere: I was pleasantly surprised to see the new equipment. Everything was clean and neat. The TV played modern music so the vibe was nice. Amy was sweet. Pricing: Nice pricing. Comparable to other salons that I have gone to. Service: Amy did a great job. She wasn't rushed. I like my nails. They are perfectly neat from the shape to the polish. That is so important to me. The place has really sweet customer service but poor quality nails and long waits due to being understaff. I've gone here twice and they're quite pricey and my nails always fall off so fast? I'm super upset to have gotten my full set done to be having them fall off 4 days after super disappointing most likely will never return. read more

If I can give this place Ten stars I could. The Staff here is very nice, super friendly. I was a walk in and I thought I was going to take long in getting attended but I got seated very quickly. The place is very clean, presentable and very welcoming! Hellen did my nails and she was very patient. I have acute arthritis in my hands and she was very gentle, unlike some other places that squish your hands. She's very patient and just simply amazing with what she does. I highly recommend this place hands down! :) will be returning soon. read more

First time here, came in for a mani and pedi, my mani came out gorgeous! She maintained my nail shape and length which I love, I explained to her I have extremely sensitive feet because of nerve issues I have so getting a pedicure in the past has been complete torture for me but Amy was more than understanding and she was extremely gentle with me, I was actually able to enjoy my pedicure and it came out great, I hadn't had one in three years because other times it was so traumatizing but she was beyond great! I will definitely be back for regular mani and pedis! read more

Amy does such an amazing job! It's best to make an appointment ahead of time to make sure she has time to make your nails perfect! She's fresh in the nail salon business (a little over 2 months) so she's trying to find employees to help her in the salon. Be patient if you are a walk-in! Sometimes it's Just her and She gives priority to those who made an appointment, as it should be! She's very friendly and her nail designs and technique is flawless for a new salon! Definitely will be switching from my old salon to Amy! read more

where do I even begin ? I went to modern nails because it had amazing ratings. It was a nice place and very clean. About 8 days after I got a full set two of my nails broke off, they're brand new they shouldn't break after 8 days. So I go to replace them and she said she's busy and maybe she might have time next week to fix them, I work in retail as a jewelry associate I can't have nails missing when I'm working with customers all day long. I was heated and asked her if she had any openings for the following day and she said come in tomorrow at 11 and I might be able to fix them for you. Might ?! I payed $92 for my nails and you might be able to fix them?! So I get those two nails fixed and this is less than a week later. I took all my nails off after this and I am going to a new place. This is absolutely ridiculous I spent a lot of money hoping my nails would last me two weeks and this is how they turn out. I would highly recommend not going to this place it's too pricy and the quality isn't great. read more

They need to clarify what the customer wants before starting. My daughter and I both wanted gel nails. We wrote it on the sign in sheet and said it when we were asked about the services. I saw that they weren't using the black light on hers and spoke up. The woman abruptly started wiping off the nail polish and said that my daughter said she wanted the regular polish. She then stood up and STARTED SOMEONE ELSES NAILS!!! Really unprofessional and my daughter felt like she did something wrong not stopping her sooner. It took 25 minutes to even start putting the gel on her nails. I understand that this place is a small shop because she was busy with someone else. I was expecting a wait with only 2 people working there at the time. The wait should have been at the beginning before we sat down, not in the middle of the services when they move onto someone else. My daughter was talking about this for several days and I had to share. They need to hire more people and work on customer service. read more

Don't bother wasting your time. I made an appointment and after an hour of waiting and I asked how much longer they had the nerve to say 15 more minutes. That would of been an hour and 15 mins past my appointment. They don't care about your time. So if you have 2 hours to waste. Then this is your place read more

This is the best place to get a mani or the perfect stiletto with a fun design; anything really. Amy is wonderful, and her sister is amazing as well. I couldn't recommend this place enough - and I will recommend calling to make an appointment. I haven't been back since everything has reopened, but it's always easier for everyone to call ahead! If you have a bad time here, you're probably just an impatient jerk - sorry. Amy works hard and is always attentive, clean, and precise. She's an artist! read more

Today was my very first time doing false nails, although, I've been to other places where I had gel nail polish. This is honestly the cleanest nail salon I have ever seen. Amy sterilizes all of her tools, place looks very clean. She is very nice, I had 4 different designs on my nails and I didn't hear her huff and puff because the amount of work she had to do, she was happy to help me. Her work is VERY good, not bumpy, no nail polish on my cuticles, no naked nails, she got the design spot on that I showed her from Pinterest. Thank you Amy for a great first experience! read more

While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen, last minute cancellations like this are highly inconvenient and disruptive. What makes this situation frustrating is the strict enforcement of the company's cancellation policy, which charges customers a 50% fee when canceling less than 24hrs in advance. It is only fair that the same level of accountability be upheld on both sides. Customers are expected to respect the policy, and in return, the business should demonstrate the same consideration and reliability. Not be compensated with a $5 discount. When if I had canceled the appointment would have been charged $30. Experiencing this issue more than once concerns me about their consistency and professionalism. I hope improvements are made to better manage scheduling or compensation.

Kiki is also an extraction specialist and educates you on your skincare at home. One of my favorite things about her is the sanitation. She ensures the table is clean after client and rolls out new paper for each use. I also appreciate that she doesn't double dip the stick in the wax. She uses a new stick for each application. I've seen that far too many times with others, so I greatly appreciate her attention to those details. I love her suite. She has it decorated nicely, has calming music playing and she's an overall amazing person to talk to! I've been a client of Amy for almost 5 years now! Time has flown by and I have followed her journey from other salons in Anaheim to now her very own in Bellflower. I'm so incredibly proud of her. Amy's work is truly one of a kind. She is patient and detailed and gentle. Her work on my acrylic manicures is not only beautiful, but lasts for almost a month. Plus, she always makes sure I'm happy with my choices (color, style, more than 2 coats of polish ;)) and she always does so with a smile and giggle. Thanks, Amy! You're the best. P.S. I used to have really bad allergies to either acrylic powder or something beyond my comprehension, and my finger tips would itch and swell after an acrylic manicure...BUT as soon as Amy began working on my nails, I have never had any more issues with my nails or allergies.
