Everything was done very quickly. What came next was the not so great experience I had with this business. I waited over 2 weeks to call and check in on the status of my glasses. The receptionist I spoke to was short with me and let me know if I wanted a clear status update, I would have to reach out to their optician otherwise I should wait to hear back. They didn't offer to help transfer the line to the optician or let me know when the optician was available. Another two weeks flew by with zero communication and once again, I reached out to the business and again, the receptionist was short with me. I was able to get in contact with the optician and the explanation for why my glasses weren't ready was that my frames must have gotten lost somewhere... they offered me new frames and lenses free of charge to compensate for the long wait and losing my frames. I thought the gesture was nice, but it doesn't excuse that they lost my frames that I purchased elsewhere.

What is most disappointing is that he allowed me to leave Market Optical with them in such terrible shape. I live in Oregon and had to make a special trip back to Seattle to have them repaired at the Market Optical at U. Village. I had to pay for 2 days at a hotel ($300+). I have been using Market Optical for the past 15 years. I asked to be compensated, which I thought was reasonable. I was given a $100 applied to my next pair of glasses.
