I will never return here! I came here about 2 week ago to get 2 pairs of glasses fixed. They said they would get them done in a bout 2 bussiness days. 4 bussiness days passed and no phone call! i called them myself the first guy was very rude! Said he was busy and would call back in a second, i had to call back after 10 min. HE gave the phone to another person and he told me he was JUST starting to fix one of the pairs of glasses! I was outraged, why so long?!! I waited tough, When my mom came to pick them up (few days after the phone call) i saw that one of the pairs was completely WRECKED!!! Melted on one side, i couldn't even sell the frame if i wanted to ( they were designer glasses). At least they dint charge me for them. Overall: Bad customer service, very RUDE, just people who don't give a crap. read more

I had my annual eye exam done here and that was great. The service was great. But I went in because I have been having eye pain and found out I have astigmatism and need glasses. It has been three weeks and I have yet to get a call back about my glasses. They told me it would only take a week; I even had to call last week to see what's going on and there was still no real answer. I am calling them back today and asking for my prescription and purchasing my glasses elsewhere. read more

Tim Brennan Optical saved the day! Today while I was flying to Seattle, my glasses fell apart--the screw that holds in one of the lenses popped out. I really can't see worth a darn without them. I had a pair of prescription sunglasses with me, and I found Tim Brennan Optical on line on my phone. I called and asked if they could help me, and they said, "Sure!" When I got to SeaTac I got my rental car and went to Tim Brennan Optical--just 5 minutes away from SeaTac--the problem was fixed in two minutes, literally! I asked how much I owed, and was told "no charge"! Excellent customer service, and it really bailed me out of a jam! read more

I'm really happy with this place, and with work done by Valentino in particular. He did a great job welding a broken pair of frames for me, really knows what really knows what he's doing, and is *the best* adjusting frames in terms of both vision and comfort. read more

I took a pair of glasses with a broken frame to Brennan Optical. They were able to repair the glasses perfectly in less than an hour for a very fair price. I had checked at several other optical shops and none were able to make the repair. It would have cost me at least five times as much to replace the glasses with a new pair. read more

I have been a customer of Tim Brennan Optical for over 5 years. Their eye exams are excellent, and the quality of the product they provide is excellent. Prices are what you would expect if you were paying regular price, but when my insurance doesn't cover the whole amount, they at times will work with you to bring the price down and find rebates without even being asked. They were busy that day, but still mulled thru paperwork (insurance documents, prices, etc) to get me the best deal on frames (with my new vision-insurance) ... & my old glasses were crooked, so dude just said "give them here" & fixed them in a couple minutes. My old glasses don't look stupid anymore, no extra charge, & this before my new prescription was rung up. Now I have 2 nice pairs of prescription glasses ... & I'm always losing at least 1 of them. read more

I've been getting my glasses at Tim Brennan for several years, and I have always been pleased. They have a good selection of frames, and the glasses have been very good. I'm a retired teacher, and they help me get my glasses for free with my teacher's insurance. I've also been pleased with their service, and appreciate their "small town" office. read more

Let me start by saying that I am very particular about my eyes and eyewear. Since I wear glasses every day, not just the health of my eyes but my appearance are important to me. I have seen a number of optical offices in West Seattle having lived here for 30 years. Tim Brennan and his staff are excellent. They listen to what is important to you and I have never felt rushed or like I was just another patient. This is also true of his staff. Valentino Galaviz is amazing at what he does. I broke a pair of very expensive prescription designer sunglasses. The arm came off. It was NOT that the screw came out, the metal hinge broke. I really didn't want to lose these glasses and took them to a couple of well known optical stores - both independents and chains. They either told me the frames weren't fixable or gave me Tim Brennan's card. I finally went, and now they are repaired! Truly amazing work. Additionally, I had another pair that had broken in two pieces, again on the arm. A different optical place tried to adjust the part behind the ear and it broke off. I sent them to a repair shop in New York (they are Channel frames so I thought it was worth it) and the frames were sent back as "unfixable." Valentino again worked his magic. I read the other reviews about the time it took to get a call back regarding eyeglass repair. Please note that it is a very small office. I too did not get a call back, but, honestly it was not a problem - I just called them. They fixed what no one else could! read more
