We initially called another plumbing company that came out, charged us for the visit, couldn't locate the leak, and told us we'd need to hire a separate leak detection company before they could even begin repairs. Then we called Justin Plumbing, and the experience was completely different. Their consultation was free, and Justin and his crew found the leak almost immediately. They clearly explained the problem, walked us through all of our repair options, and showed us exactly what needed to be done. The repair was extensive, requiring concrete to be cut and removed before fixing the broken main water line, but they handled everything efficiently and professionally. To top it off, their quote was nearly half the price of the first company, and they completed the work much faster than we expected. Throughout the entire process, Justin and his team were honest, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly professional. Gabriel came out within 15 minutes and diagnosed the issue. My septic tank needed pumping out, so Gabriel said he would make arrangement for the pumper to come out on Monday (this happened on Saturday). About an hour or so after Gabriel left, he called and said he was on his way back with a pumper truck. Everything is working good and it was all completed in less than eight hours.
