I called the one with the most reviews and highest rating - Justin Jackson. I reached Angie Jackson on a Monday morning and arranged for someone to visit Tuesday between 9 and 11 AM. Right after that call, she sent an email confirmation with the name of her plumber - Jacob Sullivan. Jacob and his assistant, Julio, sent a text shortly before they arrived at 9 AM (their first job of the day). Despite still being in the midst of the Covid situation, they didn't have masks. However, once I told them I had plenty of KN95 masks to share, they were fine and wore them until finished with the job. We reviewed the 3 items to fix, explained what needed to be done and gave an estimate of $350. After a brief discussion, I agreed, signed an electronic form and they got to work. By the way, the cost essentially covered the faucet and hair clog.....work on the kitchen disposal didn't take much time and wasn't charged. After 45 minutes, Jacob and Julio were done. They reviewed their work, I gave them a check and received an electronic receipt a minute or 2 later. Justin Jackson Plumbing came out first thing morning for some repairs after I called yesterday afternoon. My toilet suddenly wouldn't stop running. They repaired that and I asked to check under my bathroom sink for a slow drip. He noticed my sink drains slow. I'm so used to it I didn't think to ask for it to be repaired. So he fixed that plus checked out under the sink and fixed the drip. Michael was the plumber that came. He gave a quote before starting that included parts, and the cost was the exact quote. I felt very well taken care of. The bathroom was clean when the left, couldn't tell any repairs were done other than my toilet no longer runs, the drip is gone, and my sink drains well now. I called this plumbing service yesterday because I had a clogged kitchen drain and the dishwasher was also not running well. What a great experience! As a first time homeowner I'm always nervous about calling for services like plumbing because they can get so expensive. We had a leak in the laundry room because of an improperly installed drain cap that was never fixed for 12 years by the previous owners. The result was leaking sewer water every time the upstairs toilet flushes--so gross! Justin came and fixed the problem the day after I called. He gave a very reasonable estimate before starting, and stuck with that estimate at the end even though his cost for parts ended up being much more than expected. He was courteous and explained all the parts of the process along the way. He respected our request to wear a mask and take off shoes. Wow, what service!!! Called this morning at 9 am. Guys were here by 10, had to go get parts and get back did both of our jobs, recycle pump install on hot water heater and Bathtub faucet leak, Complete done and cleaning up by NOON. One of the things that i loved was that when I called and got the job scheduled I get a text with the time the service had been scheduled and a picture of the person coming to do the job, then when the service person is on there way you get a text and a call, then when they are done you get a detailed invoice text to you with amounts and breakdowns. The two men who came to our home to assess the job of replacing two shower heads and handles were nice, but there was an issue that made me unhappy. We are older seniors and I answered the door wearing a mask. Both men were without masks.After a few minutes I asked if they were vaxed. They said no. It's there choice of course to vax or not, but I found it irresponsible to enter a senior home without a mask. We are at high risk. They did not offer to mask up. Had a leak in the master bathroom shower. They sent someone who charged $135 for a short-term fix. That person left, and within 36 hours the leak was back. I called back in and requested they come fix it again, and I specified I was pregnant and taking COVID precautions very seriously, I asked that whoever comes wear a mask. They sent a team of two who arrived with no masks, and touched all sorts of stuff in our master suite. I had to disinfect an entire room after they left. Upon their arrival, they didn't know what they were here for. They said they were going to cut a hole through the master closet drywall to get to the shower pipes (this wasn't what was discussed prior to their arrival). Once they figured out what they were here to do, they had to leave and go to a store to get what they needed (more COVID exposure), and came back to complete the job. The communication is lousy and the COVID precautions were nonexistent. The services were expensive, and I expected a way higher bar for the price we paid. EDIT: It's clear that Justin takes customer service really seriously, he was urgently in touch with me after I wrote this review, and was diligent to hear me out and speak to my experience. He was apologetic for the lack of COVID precautions taken, and the breakdowns in communication, and I'm appreciative for both of those things. Ultimately, this just wasn't a good experience for my household. Justin seems really great, and I appreciate his follow up, and adjusted my review in a few ways to reflect the experience inclusive of the follow up from Justin. read more

When folks go out of their way to provide excellent service AND are kind I must share! Justin came out with his son on a holiday to repair a garbage disposal install gone bad. Not only could I not run water in my kitchen sink for two days, dishes were piling up and my special brushed "champagne bronze" drain ring had been damaged. I was looking at having to replace the ring with standard stainless steel. Not a big deal in the scheme of things, but Justin brought the damaged piece to his to his work space to see if he could match it with some random special order rings he had. When he could not, he gently tapped the original back to almost perfection!! Excellent, skillful service, and reasonable fees.
