first off Dr. Christiane Trigueros, DMD office is top notch dentist office i was nerves going in but once i walked in the office door it went a way because the office lobby was awesome it was clean and made you feel welcome even better Christina the Office Manager is behind the counter was tere with a happy face and a smile and a smile goes a long way in making other people being happy Christina was so sweet and nice and explained every thing to me before and after it was nice.Griselda the RDA was int front with Christina tere with a smile and a happy welcome and a little later Griselda called my name in a sweet kind of voice with care she led me back to the rooms and holy crap the rooms are state of the art and nice Griselda made fell really comfortable and she was so kind explaining the procedure for the x way's and Griselda was really gentle and kind and nice to talk to Griselda made me feel really happy and not nerves and was help full during my time tere and made me feel happy talking to her answering questions took a huge burden off some of the thing in life Griselda was the best i cant wait for next time even better was meting Dr. Christiane Trigueros.Dr T was awesom fist time meting and seeing Dr t she had a smile and was happy it made me feel happy and not nerves cause i was nerves but it went a way Dr t and introduced her self and it was nice because Dr t explained every thing in detail even better Dr t did the cleaning witch was a first but understand but Dr t did a amazing job even better Dr t gave me some stick on glasses with was assome even better Dr t let me keep them just be warned when pealing them off the kinda hurt after Dr t was done i was able to see the cool the AI x way of my hole mouth every tooth it was so cool even better Dr t was really gentle it was a pain free experience and i loved it Dr t is the best im glade i did my research and im glad for it Dr.T is by far the best dentist I have ever had and could not recommend a better dentist her more. Came here after moving the area. I needed a new dentist and saw this place because I loved their name. Reviews were fantastic. This place definitely lived up to the reputation. Front reception was friendly and nice. Xrays and new patient interview was smooth. They really wanted to get to know you which I liked. Worst Dental Experience in my 73 years. My beautiful girlfriend has lung cancer. One side effect is gum and jawbone issues. She asked me to get a dental cleaning. My friend recommended Kind Heart as our last dentist retired. Nice building, nice office, nice x-ray person, hygienist was fine, she was friends with the last one who moved to Texas. The dentist comes into the room (the hygienist had just finished cleaning my lower teeth and was one tooth into starting on the uppers) the dentist looks at the x-rays ($196) and says "we can't help you here", that I need to go to a specialist to clean under my gums. Then she does a quick five minute exam ($129), and that's it..... The hygienist never finished cleaning the uppers, nor flossed my teeth, nor polished my teeth. Yet I was charged $177 for the cleaning. Total was $476.90 with a senior discount. The receptionist says she will forward the x-rays to the specialist. That was three weeks ago. Never heard from any specialist. I asked my friend if the hygienist flossed and polished his teeth, yes every time. Maybe you will experience some Kind Heart from Kind Heart Dental, But it was the worst experience that I've ever had at a dentist office. read more

Have been going to Dr Healy for over thirty years. He and his staff are the best! Always kind and professional and very aware of my initial reluctance to go to a dentist. Dr Healy takes time to evaluate and discuss any procedure. I have never felt pressured. They were incredible during COVID taking extra and more extra precautions. Felt very comfortable going during that time. Now Dr Healy is heading for a well deserved retirement. I have been going to Dr. Healy's dental practice for around 5 years now. I am continually impressed with his kind, gentle manner, and how precise and thorough his procedures are! He is so reassuring to us nervous patients, and I grew to be a very calm and trusting recipient of his practice. His whole staff is equally lovely. Sharp professional ladies, but warm and friendly, too. I had never before been a patient at such a great office. I actually look forward to my visits there!! And I have to add that Dr. Healy has a very convenient and pretty location: same shopping center as Panera and Jamba Juice, and walking distance to several car dealers for maintenance or whatever, and also to Best Buy. I've been going to Dr. Healy for 20 years at least now. Their office is professional, friendly, and extremely clean. They were already over the top with cleanliness prior to Covid but even now they take even more precautions which make me feel very safe. I've never had a bad experience and I appreciate that they always try to make sure you are comfortable. I've been fortunate to only need minimal dental work throughout the years (mostly cleanings, occasional fillings, etc) I think it's because I've had the same great Dentist all these years!! THE BEST. Dr. Healy takes his time and doesn't try to rip you off. I have felt so comfortable and welcomed at this office. Update: I had two teeth in the back of my mouth that were sore from fillings. I had gotten the fillings three years ago and they had been sore ever since. Each dentist I had seen had told me there was nothing wrong. Dr. Healy, however, fixed the soreness by taking out the existing filling and layering the new filling. We moved to Santa Maria from the S.F. Bay Area and it was hard transitioning to a new dentist. I tried a few and always went back to my Bay Area dentist. However, my wife found Richard Healy DDS and said he and his staff were great. So, I gave them a try and they were, in fact, better than I ever expected. I have been there 6 months now with a full check up/briefing, two cleanings and molds made to protect my teeth from grinding at night. And, I must say, Mr. Healy is very thorough, calm, reassuring and explains everything before and during his work. I felt right at home right away and it is super obvious that he and his staff truly care. The hygienist was impeccable (Fran) and cleaned my teeth better than ever before. And, I felt really comfortable throughout the cleaning process, no interlaced hand knuckle clenching here. Instead, I could fall asleep because I was so relaxed and in such good hands. Anyway, Mr. Healy himself during the full initial check up/briefing, reviews after both cleanings and later mold making, with his wonderful assistant, were fantastic. He and his assistants' expertise shines coupled with their calm demeanor and his quit wit and humor make every experience completely anxiety free. Dr. Healy discovered a 30 year old crown is failing. Imagine that. Plus a cavity. I haven't had a cavity since I was a teenager. I never in my life imagined having a crown for 30 years, let alone having to replace it. How effin' old am I, anyway?!? I left his office mad and anxious, and feeling like a fool not to have planned for dental care in my retirement. Not that I could have. But, I digress. I finally found my dentist in Dr Healy. He's very patient, reassuring and takes my comments into account (I could not bear the smell of the blue gloves and so he switched to scentless gloves). I had cavities worked on and he explained each step and let me know when we were nearly done. As a highly sensitive person, I NEED to be reassured and to know what's happening. I also need to feel that the dentist is concentrating on me 100%. I hate when doctors talk over me and chit chat to their assistant. He does not do that either. I LOVE going to Dr. Healy! I have been to apx 5 different dentists in just a few short years before finding Dr. Healy's office! I will say this is the first time I haven't cancelled apts and neglected going due to hating the dentist. I have now been going there for about 4 years and have not missed an appointment. They have two different hygienists and I go to Fran. She is very gentle when checking gums and is very helpful when you have questions. She explains things in a way that I can understand of what to do, when to do them, and why. Dr Healy is the same way. He is very down to earth and you can tell he really cares for your well being as well as your comfort. The whole office has a very welcoming atmosphere and I never feel like I'm a bother. I am dreading the day my husband and I get stationed elsewhere, cause I doubt I will ever find another Dr. Healy. Moved to Santa Maria 6 years ago, relunctant to switch dentists, because I love mine in Sunnyvale, CA. However, the periodic drives were getting to me. Anyway, my wife made the transition before me and referred me to Richard Healy, DDS. My first two visits occurred recently. The first was x-rays and a thorough mouth exam. I never learned so much about each and every part of my teeth, gums, etc. Richard Healy, DDS, was so patient, thorough and professional. I, instantly, felt comfortable with him and his assistant. My second visit was for a cleaning with a hygienst named Fran. I usually sit white knuckle during cleanings, however, Fran's hand placements during the whole session were unique and reassuring. I never felt so comfortable during a cleaning after all these years (63 years old). Fran, like Dr. Healy, explained everything to utter detail and let me know before beginning each portion. Again, I never learned so much about my mouth and how to maintain it on a much higher level. Wow! I thought my dentist office in Sunnyvale was impossible to transition away from because I made a few attempts and always went right back to them. However, Richard Healy, DDS, and his entire staff, truly set the bar higher when I thought it could not go any higher.
