Always gotten great service until this store. Checking out and two items rang up $40-60 more than advertised price. Our cashier Nancy was wonderful and called for help. I went back to double check that we hadn't read the sign wrong. Unfortunately Tracy approached me and told me the sign was wrong and pulled it down. I explained that I expected the advertised price. She stormed off after giving me a dirty look and went to register and approved the change. No thank you or sorry just a dirty glare. I ended up getting charged twice for an item and had to go back to the store a few minutes later. Jon took care of it and was friendly. A few days later we had a return and an online purchase. My partner went in and sadly got Tracy again. She wasn't going to give her the online order because there was one letter spelled wrong on the name. Foster was spelled Fostee (my fault). Once again unhappy and rude. I know retail is hard and people generally stink. But if you can't be pleasant maybe consider something different or work behind the scenes.

They do have a larger selection but very few in natural materials which is what I wanted. The wool rugs were mostly sold out. Shelves were very difficult to wade through. The store was clean, nothing blocking isles or the floor. However, shelves were a mess. No employees to be found. I saw one person checking out and I'm not sure I saw anyone else my 40 minutes in the store.

We selected a longer delay to coordinate with furniture delivery; however, the company then delayed our delivery another month and on that date didn't show but an hour after they were due sent a text saying they wouldn't come that day at all. Another month later, the day the mattress was delivered, the crew showed-up hours before the block of time we were assigned (we had no control). Fortunately, we were able to adjust our morning schedule to accommodate their unannounced change of time. The product is ok, it makes adjustment noises mid day when no one has touched it for 8-10 hours (is it already malfunctioning?). A two-month multi-step delay in delivery is poor service and, because they insist on taking half an hour upon purchase to set-up your account and tell you how to operate the mattress, when they sit on delivery for many extra weeks that knowledge is no longer fresh.

I drove my car one cloudy morning to the store and when I walked in I must have fallen into a deep romantic Minstrel sleep. I bought dried flowers and glass art and candles. The items I paid for that caught my eye were decorative. When I left it was raining lightly and I was pleased that I found a nice play to shop. The store has a different choice and theme that revolves sort of every so often with new merchandise and ideas. Kind of like an exhibit at a museum. I visit the area for dining and shopping and entertainment occasionally. The luxury hotels are perfect and ocean side. The movie theaters are entirely unexpected. The Old Time Pottery store is near the freeway and interstate. I always have a great trip going there.
