I have had IPL and PICO laser treatments in the past (not here), so I understand that multiple treatments are often needed for full results and clearer skin. I wasn't expecting perfect results from one treatment, but I was certainly expecting some indication that the areas had actually been treated. Instead, it seems like additional spots that hadn't even surfaced before were brought out, so I now feel like I have twice as many spots. None of the treated spots have flaked off or improved, and I also have a wound on my shoulder that bled and still has not healed, which was not there before the treatment. I texted their texting line to let them know what was happening and received **no response at all.** At my follow-up appointment, the doctor came in and immediately wanted to do more laser. At that point, I did not feel comfortable allowing them to do another treatment. While I was waiting for the doctor, my daughter actually pointed out a roach crawling on the wall behind me. The office itself is dingy and simply does not feel clean or well maintained. The front desk staff initially seems nice, but when you ask questions or express concerns, the attitude quickly becomes irritated and passive-aggressive. I paid almost $600 and, almost three weeks later, feel that my skin is worse than when I walked in. I'm extremely disappointed with both the results and the lack of follow-up or concern when I reached out. My advice is to take your time finding a reputable dermatologist. It may take longer to get an appointment, but in my experience, it's worth waiting for a place you feel comfortable trusting with your skin.

I sat in that room and waited and could clearly hear Janet chatting with the lady who just came in across the hallway (seemed like the lady stopped by just to chat) They were loud and talking about personal stuff. Few minutes later, around 3:40pm, I opened the door and went to the front asking if Janet knew I was there and the receptionist seemed embarrassed and said "yes, I will go back and talk to her". I went back to the room again and at this point, their conversation continued angain about personal matters and Janet had no respect for a client waiting for an hour. Extremely disappointing. 5 minutes pass by and I left the room and passed them still chatting in the hallway with no consideration. I told the receptionist I was leaving and she looked so embarrassed because she could see and hear what was happening. I thought maybe they will realize what they did and call to apologize. The best part about this place is the reception staff and nurses. Dr. Bragg performed an earlobe…read morerepair to close my stretched earlobes. While the procedure and healing process was quick and painless, he did not completely remove all of the excess skin I have from blow outs that were caused during the stretching process. Because of this extra lump, my earrings do not fit properly causing constant tugging and infections. His nurse was the only one that tried to make sure I was comfortable during the procedure. He was more concerned about getting done and getting me out of there. He did not bandage my right ear correctly, causing the gauze to be adhered to my ear for weeks because of all the dried blood. I had to cut the gauze off because I couldn't loosen the blood. When I went for my follow up procedure to have my stitches removed, he left a few of them in, leaving me to remove them myself at home. As far as getting my ears re-pierced by him, I should have ran when I saw he was using a piercing gun. For those of us that are piercing and tattoo fanatics, we know piercing guns do loads of damage. My piercings are crooked because he did them one at a time rather than mapping them out with a marker to make sure they were even first. It's been 7 weeks since I got them re-pierced by him, and although I have been keeping them clean, I am still having problems with constant pain, swelling and infections. I knew I should have gone to a tattoo shop to get them re-pierced.
