I fell in the parking lot. Thrivewell employees saw me from their window and rushed out to help while I lied on the sidewalk and snow. I like to give a shout out to Tamari, Nurse Practitioner, Christina and to Timothy for their help. They ran outside with a wheel chair to assist me. They got me inside the facility for my visit. They also wheeled me out to my car. They advised me to get help once I was at my home however I fell again even with help and was transported to White Plains Hospital for evaluation.
