Very strange location and the inside was just as odd. While at the front desk checking in for my appointment, the Dr. came by, stood 3ft from me and didn't say hello or even acknowledge my presence and then walked back to her office. I was then brought to a room, as I walked down the hall I turned and saw the Dr. sitting behind her desk and she looked straight at me, no smile, wave, head nod, or even a "I'll be right with you" would've been nice. She just looked at me. I was brought into a room that looked like it was meant for storage. All of the machines and equipment they use were cluttered in there, with a medical table placed in the middle. I sat there a few minutes, taking everything in. All the different unplugged machines, and big plastic Tupperware bins on the floor filled with liposuction fat collection containers and tubes and whatnot. It seemed like they were in the middle of moving. To the left in a dark corner were just stacked boxes halfway to the ceiling. I was very uneasy at that point thinking that people actually sit in this same room getting major surgical procedures in such an unsterile, chaotic, environment. Finally, the Dr. came in and I was hoping to be put at ease since she then seemed a little more friendly but she went on to ask what I was there for! Shouldn't she know that? Did she even know my name, she didn't ask it or say it. Does she not get updated by staff on who's there for their appointments and what they're getting done so she can be prepared? Needless to say I wanted to run but my only consolation was that I read online she was great with these injections and I had already paid and I didn't want to cause a scene. I explained I had one request as far as the result I was looking for and she said she understood and didn't say much else. She got her supplies, put on gloves and got to injecting. She seemed to be going very fast and not really stopping to look for symmetry and didn't let me look in the mirror to see if I wanted to stop or go further. When she was done she then handed me the mirror and didn't ask how I felt it looked, or go over anything with me. She handed me a small ice pack, told me to not press hard with it and that was it, she said "Nice to meet you, have a good day" and walked out! I got up grabbed my bag and walked down the hall myself, said goodbye to the receptionist, who didn't stop to ask me anything either and walked out. I never had such an impersonal experience with a medical professional like that in my life. I left thinking "what just happened?" Overall the results were just okay once fully healed, I feel like there really wasn't a noticeable difference but I think that may have been for the best. I wouldn't feel comfortable going back for more and will make sure to do better research in the future. read more

PicoSure review: I've done the PicoSure treatment to remove my acne scars, and it's done a great job. My skin's looking clearer and brighter, and while it's not 100%, I'm satisfied. Carla performed the sessions for me, and she is patient, calm, and approachable when it comes to questions, which is exactly what you want. She's also very sweet and friendly! I recommend taking some Advil before your appointment. They put numbing cream on you and give you cold hair to blow on yourself while they perform, which helps, but it burns so much, so prepare yourself. Dr. Marciano doesn't handle these treatments, but she does give a complimentary consultation to answer all questions and show you before/afters. Compared to what I've seen in the city, the price here is the best around. I don't understand how it's so cheap. I'm very thankful. They also have a bunch of other procedures available, like Botox, face, butt, and body lifts, tattoo removals, body contouring, cellulite removal, and the sort. I am writing this now, seven years after I had a procedure done because suddenly I am getting texts to come back for VIP treatment and discounts! Spent almost $9000 having liposuction done as well as the fat injections into my breasts. After everything had healed, and I had gone for cool sculpting afterwards that was supposed to help, my abdomen was lumpy and far worse looking than before hand. I knew that the fat transfer has a tendency to reabsorb about 30% of it into your body. However within a few months I was back to my original bra size. I made numerous phone calls and sent numerous emails with photographs and I was told that the Doctor No longer did those procedures due to a wrist injury. It was one of the biggest mistakes I have made in my life. Ironically, I am not typically a van person. I am a lipstick and ponytail at most kind of gal. I had worked hard to lose weight and "rewarded myself" trying to get the last bits that were seemingly impossible. I was ignored and there was absolutely no attempt to make good on anything. If the doctor could no longer perform the procedure, offer a partial refund, offer... Anything! Do not put yourself in the hands of this team. read more

I came here for Restylane injections. I really hate to leave a bad review. Dr. Marciano was kind, but very rushed during the procedure. I ended up with a few lumps, which we tried to work through to dissolve. In the end, it was simply not administered properly, and she injected too close to the surface: The filler is already mostly diminished after just a few months, and I still have one noticeable blue-tinted lump, which is a bit painful. I've had this same procedure done in the past and did not have these complications. Aside from how it was administered, I question if the true product was even used. I now have to go to a doctor to get it fixed months later as it never went away, despite her ensuring me multiple times it would. I cannot speak to facials and other services offered here, but sadly I would highly recommend going elsewhere for fillers. read more

Hello everyone! So yesterday was the big day I had my 1st "procedure". I had Belotero injections under my eyes to help the hollowness (Tear trough) under my eyes. I was terrified to say the least but Dr. Marciano was awesome. She assured me it would be fine. I was literally going to have a panic attack but once I felt the little pinch I then realize it was going to be ok. Lol! One of my friends came along with me and she seen the results instantly.
