I told her I did not want them thick and I want them mixed with brown not big black eyelashes because my hair is blonde. When I came out the girl said it just needed to be touched up not replaced, so the old lashes were not removed -the girl told me my bill was 160 and I asked her about the $99 and she said that I had a master stylist and I got volume lashes. No warning on the upsell .I didn't ask for the master stylist or the full BLACK lashes. No warning on the extra 30 dollars for the 'master stylist' or the 30 extra for 'volume'lashes-Snotty young girl at the counter. She was playing with a necklace in her mouth .They try to make you join the club to get discounts, but they really just want to get a hold of your credit card so they could charge you every month.
