Sam hooked me up remotely and began investigating the problem. Following his investigation, he requested me to disconnect from remote and restart the laptop. Unfortunately, this did nothing! after completing an install, Sam came by the house and repaired the mouse problem by disconnecting and reconnecting the USB BRIDGE and mouse!
