The website they use is terribly outdated and requires a paper that was mailed to me in the early part of the loan creation to even get access. We do not have that paper any longer, and getting access without it has been nightmarish. We are now selling the house and sadly will probably pay a pre-payment penalty, which honestly is worth it just to be done with F&M. The people in the bank on Dale road are nice enough, though the painful process following the loan origination are enough to keep me away from F&M permanently. At the BIG BOYS one gets fake smiles, as well as less perks like loans that are easier to get, credit cards with better interest rates for folks trying to re-establish their credit/FICO scores, and more selection options for people needing HELOC loans, etc. Mocse is our 'neighborhood' Credit Union and as such we keep our money local and invest in our own community.
