I loved Modwash when it finally opened. Great service, wash and loved the detailing area. After a few months brushes stopped working, the compressed air stopped working and when asked the employees either said we are waiting on parts or nothing is broken. I was happy when the alliance location opened since everything worked. Now within months the same things are beginning to happen there. I will take pictures my next time through and post since I can see the pattern of denial runs deep. read more

The Canton location has a gem in their employee Triston. He is there every time my husband or I have come through and he greets us with a smile and positive attitude every time. We had concerns whether my husbands tires would fit through the tracks the first time we brought his truck through, and he literally did a trial wash and walked through the whole car wash with us while the truck went, making sure his tires didn't cause any issues. My husband and I both have memberships for our vehicles and it's such a great value and convenience paying one monthly fee and being able to go whenever you want. Plus they have all the supplies to dry off, clean your windows and vacuum each time which means our cars have never been cleaner, inside and out! read more

Had been going through for months with no issues. Then my vehicle that I had taken through many times came off the track, hands were off the wheel and vehicle had no tire alignment issues. Car wash continued to run and bashed the front bumper, manager denied damage claim. Apparently it's impossible for anything to go wrong with their equipment and it can't be their fault if your vehicle is damaged. read more

Left a review on google and they left me a smart reply. so, let me say this again. this car wash only half washes. still have to get out and wipe it down, the rims are never clean. left scratches and swirl marks all over my 2023 brand new vehicle. stopped yesterday, seen 7 employees standing outside doing nothing and not a single employee could bring the cart of towels and generic cleaner out to the vaccum area? Although it doesn't completely dry your car, there is a 30 second high volume air blower to get most of the water off as you pull out.

Brand new to Canton, right across the street from Aultman Hospital. I pulled in and there was an employee waiting (outside in the 30 degree weather) to greet me and explain all of the different packages. You can either pay for a one-time wash or opt for a monthly package. One-time washes range from $8-$18, with monthly packages ranging from $20-$46 per month. They also offer gift cards (a great Christmas present!). He handed me a pamphlet with their pricing information, a mini microfiber towel, and an air freshener to hang off of my rearview mirror; he said that every wash comes with a towel and air freshener. They also have free vacuums! I chose the "gold" option. You can pay cash or credit card at the touch screen station. When it's your turn, the gate raises and off you go! It's pretty self-explanatory and it moves VERY fast. There was a decent line when I got here, and I'm in and out in about 7 minutes. I'll definitely be back!

You pull through one of the bays, select what option you'd like, enter any coupon codes you may have, and then follow the promps. I went on a Tuesday, so it was $2 off with the coupon code. Nice to see some discounts available online. If we lived closer, I'd probably get a monthly pass, especially in Ohio winter months.

Finally, an automatic car was on this side of town. the employees were friendly and ready to assist! (I think his name was Trishawn) but he unexpectedly flagged me down to dry my vehicle off AFTER the automatic dry! Opening day! Car was great! Water pressure was great! Service was great as well. They meet you at the vacuum/drying stations to dry off your car if you wish! Brand new car wash. Decent cleaning, strong, but not overpowering so you're not gonna get every tough spot. When your wash is over, pull off to the customer area and you can vacuum and wipe using their rags. Logan was very helpful with info. They have monthly plans, etc. Quick and easy, I'll be back. read more

DO NOT BUY A MODWASH MEMBERSHIP!!! Modwash memberhips are a scam. You won't be able to cancel. You can't cancel online and their "Customer Care" people will never call you back or respond to your requests. You'll have to call your bank or credit card and block their payments. read more
