I was overall pleased, but had the detailer, Trevor, clear the glaze/haze off the windshield. He did it without issue and I left to go home to get my Tahoe. When I returned, I was greeted by Brandon. He made a big point to me that he is now the new site manager. He tried to upsell me on the wash level I had chosen. I explained why I did not feel I need it. He agreed & they started my wash. When I was summoned to inspect my car, I saw the exact same glaze/haze on my windshield. I pointed it out the detailer. When he started to address it, Brandon came running out asking what was he doing? I explained that the windshield was not clean. Brandon then told me that I needed to buy the higher level car wash to get the kind of service I was expecting. I was shocked! I asked him if a clean windshield was too much to ask for. He said that it was clean enough, but that if I wanted it done right, I needed to buy the highest level car wash. He said he only wants Customers that are willing to spend more & take care of his staff. i asked him if he was willing to lose Customers like me with almost 15 years of history? He said he was fine with having only Customers that were interested in taking care of his people. So to recap, I went to a car wash that I have been loyal to for almost 15 years. I paid for a wash package that included cleaning the windows. When I asked the person that told me the vehicle was ready to actually clean the windshield, the site manager told me I was not entitled to that. And that I needed to step up to the top tier car wash if I want my vehicle actually clean. So now I'm looking for a new place to have my cars cleaned.

Other places never restocked towels and cleaning supplies post Covid, and the people guiding you in the actual car wash tunnels rarely made eye contact and you were lucky if they gave you a cursory spritz of cleaner let alone use a brush for the front and rear bumpers. This place has smiling, friendly, engaged people who go well ABOVE AND BEYOND making sure the bugs and road yuck is gently scrubbed off before going through the wash. Their stations are immaculate, the vacuums always suck, and the spray supplies are always full. I had been in a long East coast trip and hadn't washed my Nissan Rouge (whites of course) in 6 weeks. I took it through today, the attendant paid extra attention to Loretta (that's her name) and actually watched it come through the tunnel to make sure the front area was clean. Amazing. Go here.

They even provide dog bowls with water, so if you bring your pup along, they'll be taken care of too. While I waited, I spoke with another customer, who had been taking his car to the wash, and said while it may take a little longer to get the job done, he appreciated the attention to detail. There are also plenty of snacks available for purchase inside. The goal is 30 minutes, but it took a little longer on a Monday at lunchtime. Come prepared to wait, but it's worth it. I'm not a messy person, but with two small dogs there was quite a bit of dog hair and dust to clean. The attendant was so thorough - I watched him take out all the floor mats and vacuum them. Going there around 11am today, I drove around per their signs, waited for someone to come to the lane offering Full Service, not self service drive through. No one came to take my money. Sitting there, I called their telephone, no answer, I got their voicemail. I had to back out of the lane, turn around to go to the front of their building entrance. No designated parking spaces unless I wanted to pack by the self service vacuums. I went inside, finally a young man asked if he could help me. I told him I wanted the Full Service wash (I'm in my 70's and handicapped). He told me there were only two employees there, including himself. So no Full Service wash. I ask When the best time to get it done would be And he gave me the Same Hours as I was there at the time. I'm unsure How they can have good reviews, except it must be only from those SELF SERVICE customers. DO NOT ADVERTISE A SERVICE UNLESS YOU CAN ACTUALLY PERFORM THAT SERVICE. The cheapest basic wash they have starts at $15. With the next being $17, $22 and so forth. The $17 wash comes with wax incorporated. I went for the $22 wash which also had wax but also washed some part of under my car. My car was very clean after the wash and it was dried pretty well too. I was very impressed by the vacuum area. It was very clean and they had other items besides a vacuum we could use. The suction on the vacuum was extremely strong, maybe a little too strong. You have to be careful as it could easily suck up items quick. Make sure nothing of value is laying around to be easily sucked in. The area provided, microfiber cloths, sprays, air compressor, and a mat cleaning station.
