I needed one last wash on the lease car so i purchased one wash. I ran my mat thru the washer and it got stuck. The person there working said maintenance would be by tomorrow to get it out and they would call me. I got no call so i went up there. The same person said they ripped it out and it basically tour it in half. He gave it to me and said they dont cover floor mats and have a nice day. The machine did not destroy my floor mat they did ripping it out. I'd planned to rejoin with my new ride and now I'm reconsidering. Watch out for the mat eaters at Whitewater!

They aren't severe, and I believe they'll likely buff out, but they were definitely left by the wash and weren't something that could simply be wiped away with a microfiber cloth. I returned to let the staff know, not expecting anything unreasonable, but hoping they would at least acknowledge the issue and look into whether the equipment might need maintenance. Unfortunately, the response was dismissive, and no solution or concern was offered. I have grace for businesses and understand that employees may not always know how to handle situations like this. However, if you operate a car wash, it's your responsibility to maintain equipment that comes into contact with customers' vehicles. Even scratches that can be buffed out shouldn't happen during a routine wash, and the lack of concern was the most disappointing part of the experience :(

My favorite part was the mat wash machine - they only had one working at the time I went, but it was worth waiting for others to finish! Things started banging against his car and causing damage so he had to put his car in gear to get out because the machine wasnt stopping. Autobell claims when he did all that it made him responsible for any damages, not them. This is terrible customer service to know your product faulted and then blame the customer. I would be very wary of sending your car through there wash because they will blame you for their machines defect.

I usually go with the Classic Wash for $30 and it gets the job done every time. One of the best parts is how quick it is. Most of the time I'm in and out in about 20 minutes, which is perfect if you're trying to squeeze it in during a busy day. Staff is always friendly and easy to work with too. However, that is not the case. I paid for the best wash they had. It was $30. When I went here, there was an employee standing at the gate where you enter. He told me to make sure that I tell them to spray bug remover on my car to get the bugs off of the bumper. Although it was a nice gesture, you would think that would be an automatic thing since I am at a car wash. Also, your car moves so fast through the car wash, it does not do a proper cleaning. Then at the end of the wash the buffer wheel never even came down to buff the car, it just started spinning and stayed up. When I got to one of the vacuum spaces, I looked over my car. It still had dirt and grime all over the car and windows. I would attribute this to the car going through so fast. I also could still see where the bugs were on my car even though the bugs were gone. Also my car seems to have soap scum all over it now. Overall even though the employees were polite and professional, the actual quality of the car wash was extremely sub par. This place has some potential but only if they get this car wash to properly clean the exteriors of cars. As of right now I would say go elsewhere. The price is not worth the quality. I will go here again to give it another chance and possibly update this review but that will not be for a while.

All of that I attest to the speed run through the tunnel lol. Not enough cleaning supplies by the vacuums. There was 1 cleaning station with 2 bottles for 4 cars. So I just didn't get to clean the inside because there were 2 ladies waiting for the cleaner ahead of me. And the vacuums on the right side of the car only had the crevice tool. So I basically paid over $20 to very quickly spray a little water on the car lol Won't be back. I'm still on the hunt for a decent car wash.

For $20, you get a full exterior wash done by hand (and they take their time to be thorough) and afterwards you enter the automated machine for a final wash, rinse and dry. I was fortunate to only have 1 car ahead of me but by the time I left there were 7 in line. Tip: bring some cash to tip the car wash attendant
