Totally an amazing service and they do amazingly well. Free with the membership for that car wash too. Totally and completely worth every penny. This car wash? Rather than open the gate and have the customer pull inside, the customer service rep continued to do the admin stuff right there. 16 minutes before I was able to leave. Note to the business manager: You have enough room to allow customers who want memberships to pull inside so the lane is not blocked.
