I knew I had a major issue with one of my tires while on vacation. I called one shop in the area, and they didn't have any openings until the next week. I asked if they could recommend somewhere else, and they recommended BSI. I was able to get an appointment quickly and easily with the efficient person who answered the phone. When I got there the next day, they quickly processed me, and one of the technicians drove my car into the bay. In less than 10 minutes, he came to report that I needed a new tire as the belt in the tire was broken. He would not have a tire until the next week, but recommended another place he was sure I could get help sooner rather than later. So while I was not serviced by this shop, I can tell they are professional, honest, and great communicators. If you are in need, I recommend you give them a call. read more

I changed out my headlight inserts in my truck with LED lights. They needed adjustment, so I took it to BSI. I do have my oil changed there for all my vehicles, but they never asked anything. They adjusted my lights and did not charge me a dime. They said it was something easy and just took care of it. It is customer service just like this that makes me go back there for service. Extremely quick and thorough service, went for an inspection and oil change. Was offered additional services in a kind manner, not pushy whatsoever like some places, and had wipers and tires serviced. Every staff member was very nice and welcoming. I rarely write reviews but I was so impressed with the service I received today at BSI that I had to share! First of all, I drove from the other side of town to go there because I had heard that they were very honest and dependable... I was told it was worth the drive, and it definitely was! I had my oil changed at another dealership yesterday and was told that my break pads were in terribly bad condition and needed to be replaced, plus my steering fluid and break fluid needed to be changed. They seemed very nice so I believed what they were saying, but fortunately I was encouraged by my mom to call BSI before making a decision and they quoted me a lower price so I decided to go there instead... so thankful I did! When I arrived there was no wait time and they told me they would check everything out and let me know how much needed to be done. I had transportation arranged since I fully expected my car to be with them a couple of hours to do all these repairs. I received a call from them within 15 minutes saying all my car needed right now was air in tires. I was told My brakes had plenty of life left and should last a good while longer (probably a year) without repair... also didn't need fluid change. They didn't charge me anything at all... That visit saved me over $500! They could have easily made some money off of me and I wouldn't have known the difference. I can't say enough good things about this business. Everyone was so friendly and even walked me to and from my car with an umbrella... hands down the best service I have ever received and I will be going there for all of my auto service needs in the future! read more

They are friendly, fast, and fair. One of the biggest pluses is that they never try and up sell you. If you need something they will tell you but I've never felt pressured to buy more. They are a little pricy, but to be fair I'm old school and most auto repair places feel more than a little pricy, so it may be just me. read more

Very friendly service, Used for years, never had issues and would recommend. Recently got Lexus oil change. Technician removed plastic motor cover, serviced and never put plastic motor cover back on. Next week I noticed drips oil in garage from service and looked under hood. No leaks but did noticed motor cover gone. Last time hood was open was at service shop. Called and asked about, manager very nice but a week later a got a response they don't have it, sorry buddy. Sorry they have just lost my business. read more

Buyer beware. First let me say that the employees were very nice. The service was very good and reasonably fast. What I didn't like was the price. The $42.98 full service oil change became $54.63 after adding in the hidden fees. $4.00 special filter charge. $5.17 peak synthetic blend. $2.47 waste oil disposal fee. They did give me a $5.46 senior citizen discount which was nice. When they finished, they took me to my car and showed me the dipstick verifying they filled the crankcase properly. They didn't try to sell me unnecessary items like air filter or wiper blades ( which were brand new last week). read more

BSI Auto is the best place to get an oil change, tires and brakes. Recently I was told I needed brake pads by another place out of state. I went to BSI, they measured the pads, showed me how much was left on them and said they still have 10,000 miles of life to them. They are polite, honest and efficient. Tempted not to review this place because I love it so much that I don't want everyone to know about it! The people here are always so helpful and kind. They don't fool around or lead you into unnecessary services. The service is FAST- if you're getting your car inspected or an oil change, there's no need to drop it off and wait hours. It never takes more than 30 minutes despite how busy they sometimes are, and they always make sure to explain everything they see or do to your car. just echoing what everyone else is already saying, but i was so incredibly impressed with this place. just went in for routine stuff--oil change, tire pressure check, etc--before i went on a long drive; the staff was very friendly and professional, and even came out to my car with an umbrella to walk me inside from the rain! They vacuumed my car floor and were extremely communicative about what they were doing and what they found along the way, even just for my little honda with routine stuff. Adding insult to injury, the owner responded to my review with this broken English reply. Obviously he is unaware that his competition offers an oil change that includes tire rotation, fluid top off and filter check for $19.95. I was never explained the services assuming that all of the "stuff" was included. Bad business! We are sorry for the confusion, your husband was explained our programs on 2 occasions today. He came talked to a17 yr employees, left came back in about a hr and was explained services again. If he had a issue and had said something at the time he would had received a refund for the difference, however we never told him $29 for any service. On this rainy day, I decided to get my oil changed at my go-to, BSI. As expected, this was an extremely pleasant experience in every way. I was greeted at my car with a smile, as soon as I pulled in without an appointment. The receptionist is extremely friendly and the waiting area is very comfortable with TV, hot coffee, warm conversation, and very comfy chairs. There is a large glass window view into the garage area where you can see work being done on your vehicle. After my full-service oil change was completed, I was led over to my car with the hood up, where I was advised of everything that was completed and the technician pulled out the dip stick, showing the level of clean oil. I have never had anyone do this before coming to BSI. My vehicle is old and has over 270,000 miles. I was told that everything looks good underneath, without me even asking, which put me at ease. There were no attempts to try to sell me additional services. I was given a senior citizen discount, without asking. I was treated very politely and professionally. The technician followed me to my car as I was leaving and opened and closed the door for me! Their customer service is extraordinary. The entire staff is wonderful and I HIGHLY recommend BSI. Wow! Just came here with a A few lights on my dashboard, thinking the worst! With almost 90,000 miles on this car, we were expecting a major bill. David met us at the car, and proceeded to tell us it was just because our tire light was on and he thought that as soon as he filled it with air the light would go back off and everything would be fine. OMG! This is the most efficient, fastest oil change I've ever had in my life!! Everyone was so nice they even vacuumed out my car because I had spilled cat litter everywhere.... Cleaned my windshield... they cleaned leaves out from underneath my hood... And yes if they even put oil in my car changed the fluids and put air my tires in under 20 minutes! I "used" to think that BSI was a honest and community friendly business.  My family, friends and I from the Sea Breeze community frequent the shop from time to time. However, in light of most recent events, I find that their company lacks integrity, common decency and just a sheer unwillingness to stand by their word. If you don't stand by your word, then you simply are a scoundrel. BSI employees Rhonda and Michael made promises to take temporary and permanent measure to rectify the damages that occurred to my car at and by BSI. They promised to get someone out on the day the damage occurred to my car to temporarily rectify my damaged windows. Rhonda and/or Michael never called as they promised that day. The glass repair company never came as they promised. They left a veteran, who didn't have extra money for a rental car for several days, to travel out of town with my windows and car unsecured when reporting to drill. Neither parties have apologized for this incident. When BSI attempted later to fix the damage, they swapped out fuses and visually inspected wiring shortages. However, from my perspective, no proper "unbiased" diagnostic test or documentation was provided. The front driver side window, which BSI caused damage to, was never documented verbally or in writing that it had been inspected. The pulley, motor, regulator, wiring harness, window/windows, etc. were not specified as being examined ( verbally or in writing) in determining the root of causation. Furthermore, they utilized a rather "questionable" partner ( Auto Tech) to reach their decision to now be "hands off" of the fixture process. Needless to say, my car damage still has not rectified by BSI. Despite the form or fashion it wears, the toll it takes or the time it snares, justice always prevails. read more
