Things like different vacuums for different levels of cleaning (two types), window cleaner, and crazy enough: compressed air nozzle (for those area between your window panels with debris stuck inside). Can I guarantee you, you'll see Big Dan's as on a different level of car wash? No. It's a proven formula every automatic car wash does. Can I tell you BDC provides a better experience for you? Yes. I've never had staff at a carwash come over and actually help. Collin came over right when I pulled into one of the spots and immediately started drying my truck off which was great. While I was there multiple other employees came over willing to help. I recommend and will be a regular!

He asked what's up and I told him about my payment situation. He said " this one is on me, as long as you tell everyone about us". I even asked " are you sure?" When replies back " I'm the manager!" Yes sir! His staff took care of the vehicle and were very friendly and accommodating especially with the big bed truck. Highly recommend and look forward to the next time

The attendants are also nice and helpful. I would recommend coming here if you only need a wash. The vacuums have very little suction power. So little in fact that I just gave up trying because you would need to run over the same area for 10 minutes before it would look semi clean. Also just found damage from the wash to the front of my car. It caused small chips in my paint. I will never come here again

I did their Ultimate Wash which was very nice, & I liked the glass cleaner & microfiber towels that were available to use for no extra charge; they are the first car wash that I have seen in the area that includes that with the service which. I did have a slight issue with their car mat cleaning machine getting a couple of my mats stuck when I fed them through. But it was easy enough to retrieve them from the back of the machine without needing to get a worker involved. All in all I was very pleased with the value & service of this location & I will be a regular here.
