There was so much damage done and we were finally able to get it covered by them. Out of all the shops in the area my hubby chose this one due to their really high recommendation from our friends. We decided to give them a try and call them up for a quote for replacing some parts and doing a paint job on our car to fix some chips it had. I honestly didn't think it would look uniform, after all, there are so many shades of red out there. We were really worried about getting some crazy missmatchy stuff. As soon as I picked up I notice a short indication on the dashboard on a previous Mercedes this indicated a short prevent the ac engaging. The ac didn't work and subsequently brought to Mercedes specialist couldn't find the short which apparently had deliberately caused. Noticed a squeaking sound as soon as I picked up the car it got louder and when I took it to another shop they couldn't figure out how to remove the axel except to cut it with a saw. The owner of the shop only worked Mercedes for 40 years plus. Soon after (I hadn't let the car out of my site ) the differential went. Some how caustic material contaminated the oil.

After speaking to the driver, we decided to take the Jeep to their shop for repairs - Rhonda called me on Monday morning with a diagnosis and estimate - they completed the repairs the same day and worked with me to pick it up after hours. Everyone I spoke with was polite, helpful and eager to make me feel comfortable. I felt that the price to repair my brakes was reasonable and didn't feel pressured to do anything extra.
