They won't let my insurance rep see my car, they won't let an arbitrator see my car and they refuse to work within the confines of the law. They have held my plates and my car hostage for months. This is theft of my property and theft of NYS plates. When speaking to police ( the ones who called the tow) they said it was not their problem.
