After 3 days of waiting for return phone calls. I was told my premium would be double and a300$ deposit was needed. Policy could not be reinstated. Mae the supervisor never called back. Anya from customer service no help. So I called nationwide myself to get my policy reinstated no help from adion at all. I am not an insurance agent and got better results my policy will be transferred to another agency shortly. As an agent representing the Auto Insurance Store Inc. at 303 East Center Street, Manchester CT, Erin should be a little more qualified in her ability to serve customers.
